Disney store is well organized and well stocked. They have good sales on kids clothes and girls dress up dresses. I think they are discounted on some of the items but for sure on Christmas ornaments. Typically, is there is a line to get in but if you go early or when they open theirs no one there. Customer service is always great.
So many amazing treasures to be found in this store. Cast members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of everything inside the store. They are practicing social distancing, wearing a mask as is the entire mall is mandatory and they have an occupancy limit in the store. Still, Covid can't stop the magic that is The Disney Store.
Cool place. The employees are very friendly. I will say very Disney. But either way a good place to look around. If you got kids, just be careful. They will want everything. Parents, you have been warned
I don't like the way they changed the store. Before the change it used to feel like you were transported into another place. Nowadays feels like any other store. You'll still find all the Disney merchandise you want and the super energetic employees, but it has lost the magic.
Employees are very friendly, basically a free Disneyland/Disney World experience with the greeters at the front running a constant show. They even sing Happy birthday for the kids, along with Mickey and friends appearing onscreen. The remodel turned out great with the sleek and modern look.
Be careful in this store Cashiers Sandra R #422022. Steel from my gift card $5.00 also didn't want to do a coupon of a 20% discount, wants she so that I had a few $20s $ 50 on me she add more price to the items. Not fear at all I'm not going back on a black Friday after being there for a while but this shock
Although nicely remodeled with various Disney character products, it lacks products for adults like t-shirts, caps/hats, keychains,etc. As much as I love AMAZON, I still like being able to go to a store and discover what I expect to be there, no disrespect to the staff, it's just a matter of re-examining the marketing strategy.
They accused me of stealing! When all I wanted to do was an exchange and the lady by the way her name is sariah was telling who ever was on walkie that I was doing an exchange she ask for my receipt and when the receipt was with the toy and she was on the walkie saying she has no receipt when she had the receipt! I was pist I just didn’t like their service at all wish I could of given 0 star
I bought a cup for my daughter an when I got home the cup was durty with stinky dry milk in it and mildew. Someone bought the cup before me use it and then returned the cup to the store all durty the bad thing is they didn't check if the cup was dirty or in good condition they just put it back with the other ones. When i return to the store to let them know what happen they just said "ohh ok" they didn't even say sorry or nothing
Missing some items. Location could be better and a great place to spend time. Before lunch, you can bring kids there and let them have fun while buying a couple items.
