I made a online order to pick up my jeans at this Old Navy store. I been to this store before and I been getting my jeans from here. I really loved their baggy jeans when they had it, now its just loose jeans. The pickup process was easy, just walk to the check out area and there a destinated spot for online pickup. I give the lady my order # and she give me my order. I asked if I could try them on and they said I could. One was too big so I asked to exchange it, she said to get a refund and then go pick the one that will fit me. Also to show the receipt so they can honor the price I paid for it. I didn't find the exact one because I didn't know where it was, so I just picked another loose jean and a different color since they didn't have my size. The other lady working the cashier was very helpful, she honored the price for me so I had a great experience here. The 3 jeans I got are great so far.
I went in to look for some specific clothes for a work event and found exactly what I was looking for. They had a great promo for signing up for a credit card and getting a huge savings. While the process took a long time to apply not the stores fault Elaina was amazing working through the process. Working in retail I know how frustrating these processes can be, and she worked through it amazingly. I'll definitely be back to this store because of her.
The store was very clean and organized. They have a lot of stuff in clearance. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. They kept every counter clean. Every cashier had a hand sanitizer bottle for the customers and they all had plastic dividers in between.
They have put up a lot of summer outfits, and I'm totally loving it. Brought 2 shirts for me and some shorts for my brother. He absolutely loved them.
Great store and products, great customer service all the time. But! Very unhappy with the return policy update. Pretty much you are stuck with the items if you're past the 30 days even if you have the original receipt and tags on the purchased item. Also IF the manager makes an exception you don't get back the amount you originally paid for, you only get the amount the item is marked for which is much less. If you paid $50 and the item is now selling for $25 you only get $25 in store exchange only.
I rarely write reviews, but I just had to leave a 5-star review to the manager of this store. Her name is Victoria and she was so nice to me and my husband. She's kind, polite and very professional, we were so impressed by her. Thank you for a great shopping experience. P.S. - it's really nice to shop there because the store is very clean!
It had been a while since I'd shopped here. I was pleased to see a group of really enthusiastic and helpful staff. They were consistent with their brand messages and their teamwork was outstanding. As always, the merchandise and prices are the draw, but the staff earns high marks from me!
I didn't think at first that Old Navy would have a good baby/toddler section, but boy was I wrong. I usually never shop at Old Navy, but when I friend told me about their selection for babies, I wanted to check it out. They had amazing deals. The store had almost everything 50% the weekend I went. They even had a clearance section with super cute stuff. I don't always have luck with finding clothes for boys but they had a ton of options. I got about 8 outfits for $60 and that's a steal in my book. I can't wait to visit again soon!!
Surprisingly consistent good service. Good prices on sale items. Place was crazy crazy but staff was handling it really well. The whole price scanner dressing room area was a bit of a klusterfuk but that really wasn't any part of the stores doing. They carry a fair amount of larger sizes as well for us Big Folk
There many promotions ,which are usually on weekends, that one could be informed of by downloading the app. They also offer a credit card you can apply for that will give you 20% off your first purchase and then 10% off your next purchases for 60 days. Be sure to take the card they give you when you make your first purchase on the following trips you make to Old Navy otherwise you will not get the 10% off even if you use your Old Navy credit card. Overall it is a very good store with lots of clothing for people of all age groups. I especially like the jeans. They are very comfortable and affordable when they are on sale. Typically they cost $40, but can go as low as $15 when you take advantage of the deals.
