A trip to The Disney Store at the West Covina Plaza is always a good time. Brey, made the trip even more fantastic. She was extremely helpful in locating an outfit that our daughter wanted but we're unable to locate the right size. Also ended up picking up the Mickey Mouse S'Mores set for our son. They both love it.
Friendly staff most days. But they didn't want to honor my birthday coupon in store. Only online even though I had what I wanted in hand. Oh well maybe some other store will have a cool star wars item.
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Always have a pleasurable experience here but I will they would get normal plastics bags back in stock. Its pretty annoying having to spend 1.25 everytime I visit for a bag. But nevertheless always a great place to shop for the kids and myself
Still a good store and I enjoy walking inside this store. I sometimes end up buying something when I'm trying not to. Haha! Just seems that they do change the items because I came in looking for a jacket I had seen the last time I was here but wasn't able to find it. Staff is friendly and helpful, never have any complaints about them.
I usually check out their clearance section because they usually have a great section. Just depends when you go. But of course, what kid doesn't like coming to the Disney store! They are well organized, but just not a lot of space by the register. Hard to get through the crowd if you go with a stroller....
It is customary for the Disney Store to allow the first child in line to open the door with the big key at 10:00am. Today I decided to go with my twins to try and be the ones to do it. Even if we were not the ones we could witness the ceremony. The store usually opens at 10am so we got there at 9:45am. There was a line, but not for the key ceremony. Apparently the store opened an hour earlier for Disney Rewards Visa holders. They opened the store with the key. Now keep in mind, when I arrived the doors were CLOSED. We were all waiting in line because we could not enter until normal operating hours. When an associate did open the door I assume they were in management because they were directing other cast members I asked "will there be a key ceremony?" He just said very matter-of-fact "It was already done at 9am for our special event". I asked if they would do another one for the other customers who were not aware of the event and he said no. My kids and I were so disappointed and I lost any desire to buy anything from the store. I recommend instead of cheating the normal customers out of the key ceremony for special events, how about you just do two? It's not difficult today and it doesn't take anything away from Disney Rewards Visa holders as they already benefit from shopping an hour earlier.
Great customer service with welcoming at the door every visit. I have shopped and browsed there often and they have never missed a greeting at the door with all smiles. Good selection of products and clean environment.
It was very busy today. But associates still had time to grest and acknowledge you. I was able to walk around without a problem of bumping into others. Love the new look!
