Saturday afternoon. 8 registers, 1 cashier. Slow customer service. Line going down the middle of the store. The return process is painfully slow

1 perso in front of the store and she has to open the dressing room also this is on the Victoria secret side on pink side 1 person and 1 cashier the main cashier counter is closed on the weekdays so your going to stand in line for a long long time even if it’s just 2 people in front of you and the cashier was rude and when I said thank you at the end of the transaction she said yeah Not your welcome Yeah What kind of customer service is that? They should have at least 2 cashiers and 3 people on the floor on weekdays They charge enough they can afford it Rediculous!!

Even though they are beginning to carry larger sizes, they only had one bra in my size. They had larger and, of course, smaller, but I only found 1 in my size in the entire store

Nice clean organized store. Do wish they had more sizes avaliable not just one or the other. My size unfortunately was out. But every time I have gone here the employees have been great if you actually allow them to help you. They told me I was one size in bras and I thought that cup size was too big. Choose to order smaller size online and the bras were giving me back fat as I noticed the last couple years. I went in again and asked for them to remeasure me and they were right. Bras fit way more better with taking their advice. Also very patient employees with kids.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Products were well organized. They could have used a few more staff members. Overall a fine experience.

Walked in to day to purchased a Robe and was approached bye the nice lady at the front door.she helped me decided on what to purchased and also helped with verifying my account.the only disturbance I had was wondering why did a unknown employee that seem to be gathering go backs interfered with my transaction with the lady behind the counter took over the transaction and walked away afterwards and the lady continued taking guest but wasn't allowed to take mines ‍ it really made me fill uncomfortable I started to return my 135.Robe but decided not to let evil and Racism win.

I came here just to see what perfumes and sprays they had and I came out with 4 different perfumes. They have such good deals right now. Their lotions and sprays smell wonderful. The place was well organized and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely reccommend

Great selection! First time here with my wife and I wanted to keep shopping for more. Plus, they have some good deals like get 5 underwear for $30 and keep buying more after that for the discounted price. That was a really great deal! Some staff were nice while others were just quite.

Despite of crowd inside Victoria when I shopped at the time, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Love seeing them wearing jammies at work, so relaxing. I have a member card issued to me, they canceled my account without giving me notice. When I presented my card, I was told it's not on the system.
