Everything was amazing from start to finish! My fiancé had the special of the night Filet Oscar and everything was so well done! I had the octopus which was delicious, my only issue was that it didn’t come with any carb, it would have been so good with some rice personally. Steven and Eric were amazing and made our experience all the better! Will definitely visit again!  Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options which look delicious

Overall, my husband and I had a great experience! We ate here before the show “Six” at Playhouse Square. It took an hour for our food to arrive but we found out they had been closed for a month and it was their first night back. So we understood it takes a little while to get back into the swing of things. We had fried calamari with their special glaze on top which was good. My husband ordered the special of the night which he loved. I had the Statler chicken with a delicious white wine cream sauce.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant in theater district! Great food at a great price! The Short rib just falls apart and the calamari with the lemon aioli to die for! We will be back to try other menu items!Food: 5/5

My daughter took our aunt, cousin and me to District as a treat before going to the theater. We arrived earlier than our reserved seating time, which was 2 hours before showtime. Unfortunately, our service appeared to be inconsistent with the service we observed others receiving. We watched as multiple tables that were seated after us, order after us and receive their meals before us. Our server would not address our concerns. We received our meals after speaking with the manager. This was 1 hour and 40 minutes after being seated and 10 minutes before we had to leave to get to the theater.  We took a few bites of our food and boxed it up to leave. Despite this experience, we believe that District deserves four stars. Management listened and addressed our concerns in a timely manner.  The food was delicious. The ambiance was friendly and inviting.

We really enjoyed a late lunch at The District. The service was amazing. I can’t say enough about the fried green tomatoes. Get them! Even if you’re not traditionally a tomato person. They’re fantastic. The beef brisket and the mango barramundi were excellent entrees. And the Fire & Ice and creme brûlée ... delicious.

The only reason this restaurant is getting two stars is because the service/staff was perfect. We got the "Cleveland onion" and "carbonara" which were both butchered... ESPECIALLY for how much they are charging. The Cleveland French onion was so greasy I had to spoon off oil into our butter pan so I could eat it. The carbonara noodles were so under cooked they stuck to our teeth, and the portion was ridiculously small. Both dishes were overly salty and underwhelming all at the same time. Not worth the money, but the people were great.

Food just wasn't good.   Bread was so hard we could barely cut it.  Had the seafood risotto, which was undercookedcrunchy, and had both shrimp and lobster shell pieces in it.  Lava cake dessert was ok, but tiny.   Drinks were good and service wasn't too bad.  It wasn't busy on a Saturday night, I guess this was why!!!Food: 1/5

Lovely little gem. It was relaxed, the food was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I have already recommended it to others! Definitely try the creme brulee.Food: 5/5

Have been to District numerous times before and had good experience.   Last night, the food was not as good.   The snapper was not fresh, the risotto had a different taste and texture,  the brisket was too sweet.   Something definitely was off.

The salmon was great and I had to try the fried green .  Tony provided good service and was very informative and pleasant. Thank you for my first night in Cleveland dinner experience!
