Absolutely love coming to Diva, everyone is always super sweet, and they do such an amazing job. Never have left there unhappy. Such a warm and relaxing environment too, with very knowledgeable staff. Also super clean and sanitary. You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs, although I have my favs lol. The waxing was about the only thing that was okay. The nails were alright too. However I want to share my story about their lash extensions. If you want to get lash extensions I strongly suggest you go to a lash tech because when I got them done at this shop, my real lashes were individually glued to the cluster. My whole entire lash. Some of my clusters fell out HOWEVER they took my real lashes with them. Please don’t risk it. I am very upset and I’ve cried because of the pain the lashes caused my eyelid.Services: Waxing

Staff is nice and the prices are very reasonable however the quality of work is not quite there. I’ve been doing dip for several years and the application here was not the correct way I’ve had done in the past. The salon itself was also not very well kept. Lots of old nail polish on surfaces gel light, polish bottles, counter tops and a nail tech was barefoot in the salon.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few years and they are always kind. The shop is very clean and the quality of work has always been great. I have never had any issues and each time I was told if you have any problems just come back and we will fix it. I highly recommend their services.Services: Polish removal

I'm only giving 3 stars because the staff were friendly & the salon was kept up/ very clean. However, I went in for a nail take off & gel powder full set on 07/15/23 & all my nails popped off this week. So my full set didn't even last a full 2 weeks. Went to this salon on accident won't be returning on purpose.

Went here because I had a gift card. My $30 pedi and $10 extra for gel nails last 26 minutes. My massage hurt a little. Phones should be on silent. I was trying to relax but it’s hard when someone has there phone on, volume up beside me.Service: Pedicure

I had an appointment with Cindy. She ran nearly 30 minutes late. She was super efficient though and made up for the lost time. I can tell she was a bit flustered so she must have had a walk-in that put her behind a bit. This was my first time going and after a while, she warmed up and became a bit more personable. She did an excellent job on my shark week nails...

New to the area I stopped in Diva Nails to get my usually S &S Dip powder over my natural nails. I was immediately seated and “Nick” began doing my nails. He moved quickly and without care. His application of the product was extremely sloppy and I asked if he needed to paint it smooth before dipping my nails into the color powder, as the colored powder would only coat the gel polish the way it was painted on. He assured me it would be smooth. I asked for a matte finish and he said it would be an additional $5. As Nick went on applying the gel polish, dipping, and then the top coat, I could see that my nails appeared messier and thick, not smooth or professional at all. My nails looked like a dented car that had been spray painted to cover the damage. He finished my nails with lumps and bumps of polish and paint gobs around my cuticles. There was nail polish on my finger tips, sides and underneath my nails. And the finish was shiny! I’ve never had an experience like this before and when I kindly pointed out how every nail looked bad, the technicians became defensive. I was asked to wash my hands 3 times. Another lady came and CUT and SCRAPED the excess paint from around my nails and cuticles with the nippers. She then buffed my nails to try and reduce the bumps and dull the obvious shine. I expressed that I was not Happy and she said she had to soak my nails and redo them completely. I explained that I like dip powder because it’s thin, natural looking, and quick to apply and dry. She had already been cleaning up the horrible mess for over an hour. I declined any further service, paid, and left. Diva Nails is the worst.

I’ve been seeing Cindy for 8 or 9 years now for my nails and pedicures. She never disappoints! My nails are always the way I like and if I break one she always takes care of it for me. I get in grown nails and she does an amazing job getting them out! I could not recommend Cindy enough!Services: Pedicure
