Doctor Allen Wellness & Medical Center

We went there for our annual check up which should have been free because our insurance covers it. Our first visit was free then we got a phone call to come back to get our test results. They told us they cannot email the results and we HAVE to come in because something is wrong. We made an appointment to go in all worried and was charged for office visits of $200 PLUS. The doctor then told us EVERYTHING WAS FINE with our results. This place is dishonest. They just want to take our money. I then call the insurance company and they told me it was misquoted. I then call the office manager to complain to get our money back but and she didn't call me back for 1 month. YES I REPEAT 1 month! Then she hung up on me twice. No wonder the reviews on yelp are so terrible! On the first visit, we went there got our blood checked and blood pressure etc. The lady who took my blood was busy telling me about how she drinks a milk powdered shake to put on weight and I should be drinking it too because I am too skinny. She kept talking and then forgot to take enough blood for other tests, she had to stuck another needle to my other arm to take more blood. Everyone in this office is low in conscientiousness. I came here because I am plant based and though this doctor would be great but it's too bad, this place is dishonest. We drive all the ay from NW to Henderson just to see him. What a waste of time and energy!

Amazing doctor and staff, never have to wait more than 15 minutes when I am here, they treat your time with respect unlike other Doctor's in town that make you wait an hour or more.

Just started with Dr Allen. Very thorough and professional. Took time to get to know my issues which I appreciate.

Dr. Allen has been our family's Dr. for almost 20 years now. The Drs. And staff are friendly and helpful.

Dishonest and callous, its scary that people like this hold a medical license.
