I had an appointment for 2:15. I did not get to see Dr. Weaver until 4:00. The clerk never alerted me of a wait time. After finally being seen, Dr. Weaver was very interested to hearing about my experience with acne and hair loss. He seemed genuinely concerned and positive that he could help. I drove from MS so my hope was that my time wouldn't be wasted. The office can improve customer service. They never answer the phone when I called to see when my next appointment was. Overall, it's been a month and I'm still waiting to see results.

I love the doctor. He's been treating my damaged hair edges but recently I went in for a hair check up and he asked me if I needed his assistance with anything else. I've had acne then adult acne for many years and recently my skin has been very irritable. I thought I was suffering from a food allergy or something. Went to another dermatologist and everything they recommended only made the itching worse. Dr. Weaver took a look at my skin for less than 5 seconds and was able to give me the perfect prescription. He said I had facial eczema. Less than 2 weeks later and my skin in clearer than ever. I'm very happy!

Please stay away from this place! Dr. Weaver has BAD bed side manners and I felt like as a Dr. he didn't care. I had to wait for over 2 hours for my visit and when it was time to finally see him he left the room 3 times for up to 10 minutes which made me think that he was helping other patients during my appointment. His receptionist was rude and his Aestheticians are not certified. I had such a awful experience I wish I could take my time and money back. .

I normally do not write reviews; however, both of my visits to see Dr. Weaver have gone SO WELL that I wanted to take the time to do so in this particular case. To begin, Dr. Weaver and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Dr. Weaver took as much time with me as I needed and happily answered all of my questions and concerns. I received excellent results from the Liposuction Procedure Dr. Weaver performed on me and I am very thankful I found Dr. W Dermatology. I will happily recommend them to everyone I know!

Dr. Weaver is awesome but the staff is not too great. Ms. Belinda spoke over me the entire time hat I was trying to explain the reason why I desired to be seen earlier. When I asked if she could escalate my concern she told me that her Manager would be out of the office until Oct 10th. Surely there's someone for you to escalate concerns too. I drive all the way across the city to see Dr. Weaver. I wish his staff were patient centered and not "process centered". What about my issue?! Guess I'll have to wait to see if anyone ever calls me back with a solution.

Dr. Weaver is amazing! I have actually been visiting his practice and a patient for over 10 years. Both he and his staff are very attentive, and well informed on the latest and greatest treatments. My experiences have been positive. I relocated to the Austin area and continue to travel back to Houston, as I would like to continue with Dr. Weaver as my dermatologist.

I have been Dr. Weaver's patient for over 2 years and have been visiting his office every 6 weeks. He never done any of the injections himself. Always, his staff did the injections and they didn't do a good job. Several times, I noticed the effect of extra dose that caused dent on my skin. In my last visit, due to the heavy traffic, I arrived 12 min late and I was not let in despite driving from the other part of the town. That was my last visit and I won't go there again.

Stay away from this Dermatologist. I am suffering from hair loss and finally decided to seek help from a Dermatologist and Dr. Weaver was the option I chose and it WAS A BIG MISTAKE. The day of my appointment they made me wait for over 2 hours and after waiting for over two hours Dr. Weaver finally came into the room. While discussing my scalp problems Dr. Weaver kept leaving the room, leaving me unattended for 10 to 20 minutes and then he'd return to the room and leave again. So not only did I have to wait for over two hours but also waited for 10 to 20 minutes three or four times in the middle of my appointment. He told me about scalp biopsy and said he'd charge $460 which is expensive just for a scalp test. Dr. Weaver told me they don't take insurance. So if you're planning to seek help from him you are on your own pay-wise. Dr. Weaver has BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS and I wouldn't recommend him to no patient. He sold me hair vitamins they sale in his office and said I'd see some sort of results within a month or so and if I didn't to return to see him. After the vitamins I saw no results whatsoever. He has some unlicensed ladies working for him that every once in awhile came into the room touching my hair and scalp without knowing what they were doing. Patients go to Doctors to seek help and not to get stressed out like I felt. I never felt so stressed out while seeing a Doctor until then. I'd give a 0 star if I could. That is how bad my experience was. Please, keep your money and time and go see some else who can help you the way you deserve.

My first appointment I waited over 2 hrs. I liked Dr. Weaver though one of his clinical diagnoses for my hair loss was trichtotillomania. I am definitely not pulling my hair out. Would have appreciated if he had just asked. A biopsy was performed. When I went back the results were given to me by his nurse that was on Tues. Never saw him to discuss them. Was told two Rx’s would be called into my pharmacy after she got the correct dosages from him. Today is Friday. Still no word. I’ve called several times. Always get an answering machine. Have left multiple messages. No call backs though he has plenty off staff that did not appear busy on the two days I was there.

I have been with Dr. Weaver for over several years and his service has been amazing! I've received services for hair treatment and facial acne. I wish I knew about him long ago, but I'm thankful I know about him now. I've had nothing but positive results.
