DOCTORS HEALTH GROUP PLANTATION Odalis/Office Manager Odalis went above board. to reschedule 4 0f my pre-op appointments because I caught Covid. It took a lot of time and effort on her part. Dr. Gross is a wonderful physician who is always right on the money when it comes to my health care. The entire staff has been great in helping me.I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this office
My greatest delight and pleasure, as a patient for about 10 yrs of Dr. Usher Seth,at DHG Co'nut Ck Pkwy, to express my total satisfaction of the services received from my Dr. S, Ref Coord Ms. Lorna, nurse Maui, Rose at lab center, front desk and apptmt setting staff. Gr8 1 stop DHG Facility. Have no hesitation to recommend any 1 in need of med attention. 5 s +.

Dr. Gross is currently away, and my mother needed refills for her medications. We requested refill through the pharmacy app, and the doctor’s office did not authorize them. We tried calling, over multiple days, and nobody answered. Finally, the office manager picked up and scolded my mother for calling on a Friday to ask for the refill, despite that office staff ignored the pharmacy’s request and did not pick up the phone before Friday. As of this time, the refills were not approved and the on-call physician told me to take my mother to another doctor or an urgent care. This is negligent and unprofessional. This office, by some miracle, has not been sued for malpractice.
Dr Arango and the staff were very nice the 1st time I talked to them last November!!! But today is definitely a way different story!! I had a scheduled 9:00am tele-med appointment because I'm disabled and can't get around very easily.. It's now almost 2:30pm and still haven't heard from my doctor!!! To me this is just blatant disrespect and extremely unprofessional behavior!! My time is just as valuable as there's.. This is unacceptable and they know that I am out of one of my important prescriptions I have to take daily.. None of this is my fault and they won't call in my prescription without me talking to my Dr!! Seriously, isn't that why they scheduled an appointment for 9am!? It's NOT MY FAULT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PHONE CALL BUT I HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!! It's NOT a narcotic medication either.. I really hope they don't ever treat anyone else like this. I'm beyond upset!!
I wish I could give zero stars. It’s a very unorganized system. Terrible wait time at every visit. The staff in front is nice but seem to be slightly lost. There is woman that is very loud and obnoxious, she seems to be a supervisor of sort and is always speaking loudly about other people. I also went in multiple times asking about a spot of concern that was new to my body.. the doctor dismissed me twice, I finally requested a referral to see a specialist and it turns out I had stage 1 cancer. Thank god I’m paranoid and Persistent because I saved my own life. If I was like other people I would have taken his word and continued living cluelessly and causing more harm. Please beware . I know there are not many offices that take certain insurances and choice becomes difficult but this place is not a place that cares .
Worst Cardiolology office , They dont even have the Right Cardiolology Equipments . equipment so old and DIRTY , worst Dr ever smh Doctor Groce is so Gross and RUDE walk in dont even knock , dont say Good morning first this he say where’s your mask like we still in 2020 , .Dont waste time going there old raggedy rooms , However the spanish nurse was nice but a Nurse of color , hair color black & Grey walked in NO SALUTATION, looking for an outlet to plug something she was so Rude and told me “MOVE “ like wth as a professional you should know how to talk to people , yell at me afterward telling me GO ON THE BED LAYDOWN I do NOT recommend the plantation location Visited 03/10/23 9 am and NEVER EVER AGAIN WORST CARDIOLOGIST pleace I truly missed the old cardiologist that worked there prior this RUDE Dr name Groce and the Rude nurse or MEdical assistant woman
If i could give none I would. This the most unprofessional staff. They need to be truly bilingual. They are extremely rude. I just called to get clarification on a document received in the mail about lab work with no instructions of what it was for as no specimens were given. The person answering the phone could not give a good explanation of what is was for and at my appointment did not make any mention of receiving this in the mail and what to expect. She then proceeded to say I was stupid for calling about it and hung up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
