The Doctor's House Museum is a 1890's Queen Anne East Lake Victorian house. In succession it housed four Doctors and their families. Tours are every Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. They have special exhibits and events each year. An Easter Egg hunt and children's Victorian games as well as a marionette show was just held. A big favotite was the hand cranked ice cream. This event is generally held on Palm Sunday.
Part of highly underrated Glendale offerings. the Doctor’s House by the Glendale Brand Library is a beautiful whimsical place where history meets the present in the most peaceful and vintage way. It deserves a visit. Curator Peter Rush.
This is a special place. We go here every holiday season because the Glendale Historical Society always decorates it so beautifully. Its nice anytime to savor a taste of times gone by.
A fascinating Queen Ann- Eastlake Victorian which was moved from its original location in the 80's. Loved learning about the doctors who use to live in the house and Victorian traditions!
A Queen Anne-Eastlake Victorian house built in 1889. Open to the public only Sundays 2-4pm.
Loved this great secluded awesome Park and picnic area, on top of the glendale hills!
Great old house and museum. The Glendale historical society often has events here.
More history about the doctors that lived there than the house itself. About 15 to 20 minute tour
