Glenoaks Urgent Care

After my visit, I know why this place only gets 2.3 on the review. I think that most people get the same feelings. I did not get the service as my insurance was not fully covered. I left. So, I will not evaluate how physicians or other staff are. However, 2 out of 3 receptionists at the front desk are blunt, rude, and unprofessional. It seems like they look so unhappy at what they do and don't want to be there. If clients ask you question as a first comer, you need to fully explain and answer thoroughly, not making that kind of dirty look. Even if my insurance were covered, I will still not choose this place. They make patients feel uncomfortable.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE. Horrific service. My son cut his finger, needed stitches, my husband took him to glenoaks urgent care 30 minutes before closing. They locked the door, yelled at my husband to leave, while they saw my son was crying and his finger was bleeding. Places like this should not stay open, heartless humans

This Urgent care is amazing! front desk ladies are super friendly and the Dr's are very attentive I find myself going there versus our primary Dr. Thanks everyone for all your hard work and patience.

November 30, 2022 This place deserves more positive Ratings!!! I’ve been here twice and has always been a pleasant experience for me . It beats waiting in the Er for 8-12 hours. Yes they are busy and swamped but I’ve always managed to leave under 2 hours. Please be considerate of how busy they get and be mindful there’s only to lovely ladies working the front desk. My Nurse and my doctor were phenomenal and even with a full house of patients they still managed to keep a smile on their face. I wouldn’t change to any other location. Thank you Glenoaks Urgent Care for your Services you provide to our community!

the doctor gave me the wrong medication, I fell very bad these days with this antibiotic I am taking for 5 days now ,they test my urinary and said thtat i have UTI infection and DR obiona gave me the wromg medication. after 5 days they called me from their office and said thet you have wrong medication we gonna send you the correct one I dont recoment going to this urgent care at all

if i can give this place a negative stars i would. they wouldn’t let me bring my grandma in after she broke her skull and arm. the staff was very unprofessional and rude. this place needs to me shut down immediately. not to mention she was in the waiting for hours we had to take her to the ER since they would let her in

19 hours ago NEW Absolutely disaster, Drs and the whole team are incompetent. They had the patient with a fall and concussion to wait in the room for an hour to see the Dr. Absolutely wrong practice. I don't know who gave this people a medical credential.

I was there 3 times and they helped me 3 times me, my wife, daughter and father there is a small lab and x-ray, professional doctors, it’s a good place to get an urgent care.

This place has shown some of the worst service toward my recent visits. I can share two experiences that resemble a very poor level of healthcare service. - They told me that I needed to get blood drawn and offered to do it at their office. The lady drawing failed a total of 5 attempts! She kept poking my arm and twisting the needle around while muttering to herself in frustration. Right before her sixth attempt, I told her to stop and to find me someone else in the office who can do it. She then comes back with another healthcare worker telling me that no one in the office knows how to draw blood! They wrote me a referral to get blood drawn at another facility. I asked if they were able to complete the other tests and they shrugged their shoulders in embarrassment and said no. - At another visit, the nurse went to check my temperature and forgot to put the protective cover on before putting the device in my ear. I then went to use the restroom and the door would not lock and another patient walked in. This is almost comedic but this is a terrible excuse for an urgent care!

Everyone on staff was very helpful. Also probably the fastest I’ve been taken care of in an urgent care. Doctor took his time going over my symptoms and issued my prescriptions to my pharmacy. Overall great experience!
