Dogs Best Friend

I don't want to bash this place but there are a couple reasons I would not come back. First off when I picked my dogs up after a 3 day stay they smelt so unbelievably bad. I'm not sure if they don't clean the kennels or don't get enough outside time but it was absolutely awful. Secondly, one of my dogs had completely lost his voice which tells me he just sat in there for those 3 days and barked until his throat gave out. Which again makes me concerned about how much outdoor time they actually got. Thirdly, the mother is a bit of a strange one. I think she means well but she has no people skills and every time I would get there she would be on personal phone calls and completely ignore me. It being our first time I was so confused dropping them off, it would have been nice for even the slightest guidance or acknowledgement.

They take good care of my dog, always reliable. This place counts with plenty of space to exercise and entertain them, plus specific fenced areas for smaller dogs. My Blaze is always happy when I take him there.

This review is based off of the lack of friendliness when I tried to book a reservation for my dog. The lady I spoke to was curt and seemed to try to rush me off the phone. I asked if there was space available for my dog and she replied "nope." She hung up without saying bye. That is a very rude way to treat a potential future customer.

Seriously, I have to share this!! Claire has done what NO vet or groomer could. She cut my dogs nails without having to sedate him. My dog Charlie is 3 years old and I have never been able to have his nails cut without sedating him. She’s soooo amazing and knowledgeable. Charlie stayed at her farm for 5 days and he is a changed man. She gave me training tips and knows how to handle Charlie. If you need grooming, boarding, day care Claire is your girl!! omg!!

Desiree is an amazing groomer and did wonders for our little pooch after I did a bad cut on him. Facility is clean, well kept with lots of space for the little ones activity. Will be my place to have monthly grooming.

Never ever take a fur baby here! The owner thought she had me on hold while talking to her daughter where she proceeded to cuss my family members out, including our fur baby. She was so rude. I immediately had my family pick up our fur baby due to the extent of her nasty disrespectful uncontrolled mouth and anger. I had a fear of her being around my animal or anyone else’s animal. I had also witnessed her being hateful toward other dogs while there. Screaming at the dogs. I simply asked her if she could board my fur baby a couple more days, with no problem of paying extra as our house flooded. Instead of being an adult and telling me she didn’t have space, she cussed my family out to her daughter, while she assumed I could not hear her. Ms. Claire was informed that I heard her nasty, disrespectful tone and talk. Just now leaving a review as I had personal matters going on.

Claire was amazing! She treated my Cavalier like family in her home. She was very thorough on making sure she had all of the instructions on caring for Hope. Her house and kennels were immaculate.

Very caring. Great property for dogs. Got my Sashi in last minute for a good wash and fix up cut! Will def be going back

Claire is the best. She runs a clean, air conditioned, and organized kennel. She has many options for your fur baby. She’s an expert dog whisperer.

Claire the owner provided us amazing service and we were totally satisfied! We were currently living in Charlotte and brought our dog in on the way down to Charleston for Christmas. It was so fun to get out and see all of the different dogs there and how she interacted with them. It made us feel safe and unafraid to leave him. Very clean and sanitary environment as well.
