I got botox here about a month ago. I got 40 units I believe. 20 in my forehead and another 20 in glabellar lines. I ended up having the most terrible spock brow, it softened up but it’s still very prominent I look mean now lol I had a follow up appointment how ever I decided not to attend because I don’t know how much I trust a place that already messed up my brows especially with the amount of money I paid for it. The staff is extremely nice and polite though. The office is spotless as well.
Dolce Vida has been my lifeline for 10 years. Scott and his team are the best in the business and you can't go wrong there. Their level of professionalism is off the charts not to mention they make you feel like family. I have moved several times since I started coming here and I literally book flights to come back to Dolce Vida. If you are looking to enhance your beauty, you've come to the right place :
The filler injection left big bruise under my eye that doesn’t go away and that’s over 3 months later I still have it. The under eye area was overfilled. The follow up appointments didn’t solve the problem. I was told there is nothing else they can do. I didn’t pay for the service to look worse than before the filler. I learned my lesson not to trust any medical spa and I rather pay more but see board certified doctor.
This is as bad a medical service of any kind that I've been to. They use low price heavy promotions to lure people in. Then you realize why the ads are low priced. The service is rude and incompetent. They can't even manage to accurately keep phone numbers addresses. So, they of course don't verify identity when i call so anybody could be calling getting my info. They randomly decide to leave early so I've gone there for appointments and everyone has been gone with the place locked up. The people doing procedures are of poor quality. I don't think there's ever been an MD in the office when I've been there. I had a procedure done there that I've had ongoing problems from. When I called to tell them I was having problems from their procedure and needed a follow up, they suddenly didn't want to know me and never return my calls to schedule. This is a disaster of a medical service. It's definitely not worth any low ball price they may try to bait and switch with.
I have been to this location multiple times and Iove it! Marta is absolutely amazing. She always makes me feel super comfortable and confident. She educates me throughout the procedure and I feel like that is super important. The front desk manager is super informative and professional. Highly recommended!
Not only was front office staff amazing but Nichole was beyond awesome! So patient and guided me step by step through the process, most importantly the overall turnout of procedures was incredible! Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Dolce Vida to see Scott B. Callahan, PA-C, for a few years now. I am very happy with the results and the care which I receive while I am at Dolce Vida. I highly recommend Scott's work and the value of the services purchased.
My first visit here was Ok. It didn't exceed any expectations! I was told if I purchased a series of treatments I would see better results. Well 6th and Last Venus Freeze for me. The only noticeable difference was my wallet was smaller. The more annoying part was that I was shifted from girl to girl and different locations for each visit except my first, that was actually performed by a doctor. Please do your research before any med spa services. This place charms you on the first visit but never again.
Scott is truly fantastic!! He always ensures you're getting the correct and best treatment based on your personal situation. He's honest and trustworthy and without a doubt, "highly recommend" him!
