Ordered mats two years ago and everything was perfect. This time, nothing but problems. Troy, my sales rep, screwed up so many times. Customer service sucks too. After waiting 2 months for my wall pads, they sent them all wrong.
Very poor customer service and a lack of communication after purchasing. I was left in the dark as to when my shipments would arrive and the carrier they hired was not very professional. It took days to get a reply and some emails were left unanswered. Both orders arrived damaged and when contacted they said there was nothing they could do. I wish that no one else has to go through what I did.
I purchased mats from this company because they were local and I believed they sold a quality product. One year later my mats have many spots where the mats started to peel. I contacted Dollamur and informed them of the issue. They promised to replace the mats 100% but this is where the story changes. I'm told they will arrive in November. After waiting for almost 3 months for a replacement I then have to call in order to find out that the mats have been damaged during shipping. I have to wait and additional 2 months for them to arrive and again I'm told that they don't have any exact date when they will arrive, only that it will be sometime at the beginning of December. Right before christmas break the delivery company calls me that they are at my business waiting to deliver the mats. No one from Dollamur or they logistics department sent and email, text of call to notify me of the delivery. Once I received the product I left a review with the company and of course they say they did notify me that the mats were to be delayed, but in actuality that never transpired.
Quick responses - quality mats. Not everybody would agree but asking questions and up-selling could help go a long way. I purchased mats. Then realized I needed tape. Purchased vinyl tape which wasn’t very adhesive. Purchased glue, and clear tape. Purchased mop kit. All separate purchases. I would have appreciated a salesperson suggesting the things I wasn’t thinking about when purchasing the mats and most likely would have looked past the prices just to simplify my order. Instead I bought most of my accessories elsewhere.
I worked here in 2006 and I work here now I've been here almost a year and I absolutely love it we make a great product that helps people be their best!
I ordered an expensive home wrestling mat for my son a few days before Black Friday. I learned after I ordered that they were giving a discount on Black Friday. I called to see if there was something they could do. I explained that I am a father with little money trying to help his son. They said that couldn't help me.
