I was at the checkout at 6:45p.on Monday August 21st. and the woman of color that was behind the counter checked me out and my phone rang so i started to talk to that party and the checkout lady canceled my item and when i asked her why she said that there was a person in back of me waiting and started to check them out.,i thought it was VERY RUDE of the checkout lady to do that and she Very rudely to me my debit card would not work.,i didn't like her attitude whatsoever and i am thinking twice of returning to that store bcuse of that.,she should be "talked to" and taught customer edicate.
Clean store. We're refilling shelves. Variety of items. Seasonal items out, not expensive. Friendly workers.
Manager was so rude that it was unbelievable. I ask her where is the stuff for flys and she went it to why don’t you look around the store and find it and dam it’s by the cleaning stuff . I’ve never been treated this way in a store . Sorry never shopping here again. It was at 4:45pm on June 28.
I experience a worst customer service ever the cashier over charged me they don't seem to know what there doing in this store just completely horrible they don't know how to do math never again going to this place if I could I'll give them no stars at all
I’ll give my experience 1 stars and that’s only because the employees where very nice. I don’t know if the are undergoing renovations but my experience was just nasty. When shopping your first instinct isn’t too look UP at the ceiling while shopping. A sign saying you had a dripping ceiling would have been nice rather than to be browsing and have water leak on to you and your clothes. Just nasty and the store itself was poorly organized and very crowded not by people but just stuff everywhere. Place signs please or warnings.
We were there on Mon. the 18th..of July....what a difference ! The store was beautiful , got to say Hi to t the new Manager Yvonne and she was so nice..and helpful.. l love shopping at Dollar General and more so now !!! Lynnda La Placa
Isles are always blocked & customers can't walk through. Have had some customers themselves try and move slabs of merchandise so they could walk down an isle. . Customers have complained why don't they stock at night . No one listens
Went here on Halloween and I had my kids dressed up in their costumes. We went in looking for a costume piece but didn't have it so just right before entering into my car a cool man came by me and my kids that worked there and handed candy to my kids saying he loved their costumes. He was very generous with the candy. Thanks for making my kids day! Kudos
The Dollar General has changed quite a lot bringing "fresh garden"/groceries section such as fruits and vegetables and also new section of all dairy products. Very nice. But it's only a dollar store in the name of it as the majority products found in the store are hardly found at $0.99 price range. Nonetheless, it now becomes more an upgraded convenience store.
This is the second time I visit dollar general. After this visit I definitely will not be coming to a Dollar General again. Customer service was extremely horrible cashier was chatting it up with a worker that was off the clock. The off the clock employee was shopping and ringing herself up behind the register while she was talking to the employee that was working this morning. The cashier that was working was more in tuned with chatting with off the clock employee instead of taking care of the extremely long line she had. Mind you the store literally just opened and there were at least 15 people in line.
