Wasn't there but a few minutes. The store could use some housekeeping and organization, but the employees were very nice and I found what I went in for.
Everytime I go the produce is expired and left on the shelves to mold. I'm not never able to get the toilet paper I'm looking for the shelves are always empty in that section. the floors are filthy and on top of that they have not been cleaned properly since all the shelving has been moved. the registers are always backed up not enough employees checking out people in the evenings
Not much to say. Things here and there not much of order. Shelves were slim worker said they were late on delivery
The people who work there are so nice, however they don’t have anything. I can’t imagine how frustrated the Door Dashers feel when they have to refund the money to a person because this store has absolutely nothing.
Last 6 months this store has went completely downhill! Empty shelves throughout the store! Went in there today for a curtain rod! No such luck shelves are bare! Customers are always complaining to me about nothing being on the shelves! Don’t know what has happened to our Dollar General! Carts full of products blocking aisles,etc. Would recommend going to Gleason,Dresden, Dollar generals if you need to shop Dollar General! This store hasn’t been stocked in the last 6 months!
Way to much freight sitting around. Had to move retainers to shop. Some shelves were empty and the store wasn't recovered. Had 3 people working...they were extremely busy and the check out line was extremely long. Front door had wood on it cause it appeared someone broke in. Service at check out wasn't bad. You could tell they were working as hard as they could.
Favorite store generally. This one is clean and staff is helpful enough. Sale tags are not typically posted when they should be, but getting a sales paper helps this. Lines can get long but someone sometimes comes along and opens a register to get it moving.
Our store in McKenzie is so cluttered you can not find anything. The merchandise sets in the aisles for weeks. If it had something it is in boxes not put out. The manager does not want us to say anything. But when you have a store in your own hometown and have to go to Henry or Huntingdon to shop this is very inconvenient for working people. I don t know the probable but there is definitely one here.
Very clean store except for the carts full of items. Poor management. The store manager does not, in my opinion, have much customer service skills. Overall, her attitude is contagious and the store suffers. In a small town that has no Walmart, the Dollar General is convenient so 3*
It's a trick! Everything in the store is more than a dollar... JP. It's not the cleanest place. Staff is overworked per square footage and paid in scraps so cleanliness is understood. Shelves are usully scattered in domestics but grocery is zoned. Prices are in right spot in front of merch and cashiers are normally friendly. They offer deals on receipts and have sidewalk sales daily. Lower prices for same exact quality of a big chain store on most items, especially HBA.
