Definitely recommend a visit to this store. Especially since the cashier I had was very helpful and engaging. I have seen Tristan there a few times. Every time I ask any questions she is quick to assist. Today, she brightened my day with just acknowledging me as a person and resolving my question immediately and attentively. Great customer service.
I love going to the Tewksbury store because so clean, fully stocked and staff is so friendly and helpful. Tristan who rang me out, couldn’t be any nicer. I live 25 minutes away just to go to this store. Other dollar tree stores take note on this branch.
The store works as a dollar store. But its gives an old rundown vibe. Very understaffed too the point often there's noone too scan your items. But besides that it works fine. It's reasonably clean and well. Everything's a dollar 25 so not like people are going expecting the Ritz. One of the managers saw me out of the store 2 weeks after being there and rembered what I got. So kinda cool lol
This store needs a complete facelift, both inside and out! The stained rugs have been removed so that's a good start but it still needs more. The employees are fine, in fact, one woman in particular is a sweetheart but this store provides a less than desirable shopping experience. For example, I've bought drinks here that are expired so be sure to watch what you buy! Also, the parking lot is a haven for shady activity as well. All in all, I love Dollar Tree but this one needs work!
Not sure when talking on a cell phone for a personal drama call “about hospice / home health care and the differences are.” Was a work related call while working on a backed up cashier line through 5 customers. Rose neck tattoo woman needs some work ethic classes and training.
99% of the things for sale here are actually priced $1, unlike many other so-called "dollar" stores. Update. Dollar Tree nationally has changed their policy and now many items they sell are now $1.25. however there is nothing there that is more expensive than that. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the selection is always good. Some parts will rotate and change - certainly anything seasonal. Even at the increased price it's still a great value

The store was choatic. Nothing was organized. The woman at the register wasnt the polities. I asked if they were looking for help? The answer was no. I'd be a great canidate for a position. The store would be tidy and clean. However, I would go back to the store
This is a nice location near the Tewksbury Post Office with plenty of free parking, friendly people, a drinking fountain, bathroom, and a flock of well behaved seagulls that are fun to watch. I stopped by to get a six pack of water, and saved a trip to the grocery store by buying two different brands of paper towel rolls and a four roll pack of toilet paper to try. A dollar is a great price to try something new. I was surprised to see the spring garden supplies, since it is January with a snowstorm this weekend. I guess plants need to be started indoors now for the spring. It was nice to pretend winter was over, even if it was just for a few minutes.
All of the employees are so nice.and the store is clean . And they are all working so hard
