I wish I took a picture. This is the best dollar tree I’ve ever been too. It’s super clean, the shelves are stocked full and the STAFF everyone of them said hello, how are you, have a great day! I had a nice conversation with an older gentlemanI wish I got his name while he was stocking the shelves. He was very kind. It truly made my day. Thank you!
I was at Dollar tree last Thursday and i saw and heard two dogs barking while i was in another isle and when i when i turned the corner near the fridge and freezers the young man working there and i both noticed brown streaks on the floor. He ask if it was possibly a food product because it was near the food isle but than i mentioned could it be from a dog. The young man went to go clean it up. I thought Dollar tree only allowed service animals in the store and not just normal pets. Very disappointed that management doesn't put a stop to this issue. When i was leaving i noticed the service animals allowed sign in the area behind the toy vending machine where it should be possibly where everyone can see it like on the doors.
Historically one of the best stores, but today they had half their usual stock, nearly empty freezers, and they didn't have much. Not sure if this is due to shortages or what, but it was disappointing. Hopefully better next time.
I was in last Thursday shopping when all of a sudden i started hearing dogs barking and i was confused at first thinking oh it's probably a kid in the isle next to me watching a video lound but when i was leaving to check out i noticed the barking was coming from 2 dogs. I thought Dollar tree only allowed service animals into the store. I was leaving the i notice the sign that says service animals allowed behind the toy machines nowhere in sight for people to see clearly. Very disappointed in the fact that these issues can be stopped if the sign was on a door to show that service animals are allowed and not just pets.
I usually don’t have problems with this store but today my shopping experience wasn’t too great. I was heading to the checkout and the sales associate was sweeping and instead of saying excuse me or just waiting for me to move she gave me the evil eye. After that I put my items on the belt and waited for a cashier and the same sales associate whose name is Kimberly said “I’ll be right with you” and kept sweeping instead of putting the broom down to help me. The manager saw the whole situation while looking at her phone and never said anything. I should not have to wait for an associate to help me while they sweep.
Check the date on food/candy. On 8-8-22 bought a box of candy that expired April of 22. Wob MA. They're not answering the phone!
They carry a wide variety of products and are generally neat and clean and the shelves are well stocked. Employees are a toss up. Sometimes you get nice helpful people at the register and other times you get employees that barely say two words to you at the check out. All and all a decent location.
Probably would have given 5 stars. But at closing we didn't notice any cleaning during this time of the pandemic. Store cashier, a Male older g gentleman is Phenomenal as is the younger girl whom works days in Woburn. Everyone is very nice.
I love dollar tree. For every thing I buy every card I need. I buy leave in condioners. I buy foot stones and nail cutters all the way to plastic wear and flip flops. I love the section with the tools and cell phone stuff. This place is perfect for gift bags and stationary. They even have name brand stuff in every once in a while. You can buy dishes, glasses and silverware along with cleaning supplies, rags and mops for a really cheap way to buy everything you need for moving into a new apartment. It all matches so it looks nicer then everything mismatched. I love the dollar store. I swear by it.
Slightly smaller dollar tree. Typical dissorganized, dirty store. Workers seem hardworking though ..usually a wait at register. Great parking . If you need balloons for any occasion this is the place to go. You may have to wait a bit to get help but its certainly worth the wait. Opens at 8am. Also a great place to get cards for any occasion.
