Target

Just came back from Target at Woburn. Bought two packs of chicken tenderloin, $3 off for each pack. We didn't get the discount, but just noticed it when we came back. I called the store, not sure who picked up the phone, but I was told that could do price adjustment only if I go back to the store, They cannot do it over the phone. I said there is a closer Target store around us, can we just go there? He said no, you will have to go back to where you bought it. I said it is not our fault, why we need to travel back? What if we are visitors here? We still need to come back for that a few dollars? We pay for what their employees or maybe part-time staff's mistake. If we don't want to pay it, we need to waste our time and gas to go back to store. So disappointed at Target now.

The process of placing an order and picking it up was simple, quick, and the woman who assembled my purchase at the store was really pleasant. Fortunately, the item I purchased was in decent condition, however the wrapper had been pulled away, leaving the wall art unprotected. Target should likely box items to protect them during transport from the store till use.

I placed an order yesterday at 4:02 for a pickup which should have been ready at 6:02 I have had many many good experiences at this location but recently it's gone more and more downhill so it warrants review. I go to pickup my order assuming it would be ready because it was just after the 2 hour promise window for curbside pickup. I get there, my order is still processing. I leave and go home and it's nearly 7pm when I get the notification it's ready. I reached out to customer service to see if they could arrange a one time free delivery but they declined and said they would just talk to management. On a side note, when I do go in this store, it's very un-shoppable, there are always pallets of product in the middle of the aisles, low inventory especially in seasonal, and it's overall just not a clean store. This Target and Target as a whole may very well lose my family's business.

Good shopping place. This target is one of the big ones they recently redid the Whole store The have everything you need from here care to make up too close and personal undergarments but what I've noticed is that the woman section is not as big as it used to be I feel like it used to be a huge part of store. It has definitely shrunken down to make Room for other items and other departments the prices are usually reasonable. Is now that they have refrigerators it's almost like you have a place to go from shopping and grab a few other things

I love this target normally but lately no one answers the service desk or any other area. And my pick up orders that should take hours now take days. I’ve been calling allll day no one answers I go there and the order is still not ready and it wasn’t busy enough for that. Not sure what’s going on.

This store has serious issues. Shelves are always bare in many areas, constantly short staffed, & it’s always in shambles. Target Corporate should be ashamed at the long standing state of this store. No longer going to bother coming here.

Always a mess. Sure they may have a decent selection of stuff, if you’re willing to sift through piles.

Scott was amazing. After coming to the store and looking for a particular item he went above and beyond to search boxes of unstocked items to try to find it. After I gave up hope he continued to search, and then found me in the store to give me it. It was the kindest most sweet gesture that really made my whole day. Thank you Scott, so so much- for going above and beyond.

Great place to get everything you need!!! Customer service is beyond exceptional especially the gentleman who cashed me out very patient i was the last customer out tonight and I’m sure he was tired and wanted to go home as i did also but he was so kind and didn’t rush or make me feel uncomfortable which these days you don’t see that kind of customer service!! So I want to thank him very much and thank Target for hiring such helpful caring employees! Thanks again

A very good target in close proximity to Boston. Even though the parking lot was packed, the store itself was not congested. Checkout was rapid and efficient. This location has a greater availability of home items than the location in the South Bay plaza. There is also a Starbucks and cafeteria at this location
