The store clean no clutter everything  was nice and stocked the employees were friendly and nice still the same

The shelves were a bit sparse on my most recent trip, but it's a great place to stretch your money.

This particular store at this location which is located in the Southgate Plaza is very unkempt and in need to be closed for a good month or two to do a major organizing and cleaning as well hiring some more help. I visited this store in the past, it was bad then, but this time it was worse. The freezers across the back stay completely empty, the store shelves are messy, some completely empty and the remainder have various items mixed in together or on the dirty floor. They always have stacks and stacks of empty boxes, stacked to the ceiling in front of the freezers in the back and in the balloon area. The 'suppose-to-be' balloon area is non-existent. There were scattered used, empty  coffee cups just sitting on the shelves, as if the employees or customers drink the coffee and leave the cup anywhere when they are done.The atmosphere in this store is like visiting a low-end going out of business thrift store. At this visit I walked in and turned around and walked back out...Smh

This store is just Ugh! I got smoke blown in my face as I was walking in the door by the "security guard". I wish the employees in the back talking loud & laughing were on the floor putting away the boxes that were in my way. The cashier was very sweet though.

This store was such a mess. I couldn't find anything I was looking for. There was boxes everywhere. I remember at one point in time this store was better than dollar tree now they are running neck and neck when it comes to the clutter, mess and not being able to find anything.  I guess the price increase should've went towards the employees pay instead of the merchandise. Maybe they would work a lil harder to keep the store together.

They have really cleaned up this store I live shopping here now.

Ok A lot stock too be put up and Buy something don't want you have get something else, Short on. Staff.

So many items, even with the small price increase I still go here for almost everything.  Especially art's and craft always surprised at what they have

Now my experience has been great All day except my last visit like like 20 minutes ago. I range out and hit cash back. Mind you I wasn't paying attention that she had just started her shift. She tells me that I can not give you your cash back because I don't have it in the draw. Wait.... What??? So I asked for her manager... Who came right on out and gave me what I requested.. Mind you she's still talking about I'm going to have to work it out with my bank... FYI  make sure you tell them before you hit that button

Cashier kept talking w prior customer about Will Smith .   Kept telling me my balance.  I wanted to know if they had an item I couldn't find.  She said if you don't see it we don't have it.   I have lived in neighborhood 35 years.  Happy to shop at dollar tree.  First time I have encountered such rudeness.
