My prescription was not completed as promised and I was NOT given my full refund. The purchase was made by Visa credit card. The office assistant claims the office machine was unable to refund my money back to my credit card. The check written was NOT for the complete refund- They refused to add the my TAX PAID to my refund amount!!!! This is beyond unprofessional and a scam. I hope the money you stole Dr. Gerald J. D'Agostino,O.D. helps you and your family.

Horrible doctor you come here and you’re leaving with the wrong prescription the front desk ladies are absolutely horrible they always have a attitude and are extremely rude if you care about your eyes don’t come here!!

Hi! Outstanding! I’ve been going to see Dr. Jerry for several years now. Every aspect of the Office is Excellent! The staff is efficient and always pleasant! The Office is clean, well stocked with affordable frames and accessories! Plenty of close in parking and convenient hours! Finally, Dr. Jerry is Awesome! The Ladies That Work At The Front Desk Are Very Rude & Unperfessional It's Been Four Weeks I'm Still Getting The Run Around Smh

Wasted money. I had to get new glasses due to incorrect exam. Optometrist does not take his time to examine you properly. My measurement were off with my lenses for my bifocals. I will never go back. knew better from past experiences

This is the second time I get my glasses at 2020. The service was impeccable. I have never had such excellent service. There is an abundance to choose from and you don't have to pay $800.00. I will always go back there. It is bright and very welcoming. They have direct insurance. My daughter and my sister will also always go back. I have been wearing glasses for thirty years and this is truly the best place I've ever bought from.

Terrible Terrible Service!!! I started going here about 7 or 8 years ago and loved the Service as well as the variety of glasses..Now this manager is unprofessional, a liar and refuse to fix my husband glasses $500+ which they did..Because they kept giving him the wrong prescription in them.I tried numerous times to ask to speak to the owner of the business but they made every excuse why he wasn't available..Now it's 6months later still no replacement glasses still no answers on when or if they will refund our money...PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!! I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM IN COURT AGAINST THEM.

Horrible Customer service. They got contact lense scrip wrong. Then gave me and my wife the wrong trial pairs. Now nearly a month later we have to go somewhere else and start over. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Put this place out of business.

Good location. Good customer service. But no one, not even once cleaned or offered to clean any equipment used to examine my eyes Until I asked. The doctor told me not to touch the equipment, and I told him I can visually see dirt on the nose area, then he wiped it with his hand and wiped his hand on his pants. THEN I told him to wipe it with disinfectant or this appointment is over and a more formal complaint would be filed. He was the final step of the appointment and my insurance would not cover a 2nd eye appointment. Or else I would have went elsewhere. And the glasses that the patient try on was FILTHY! YOU will have to ask or wipe the yourself! They were really nice overall, They need to disinfect after each use. NICE DON'T CUT IT.
