Dollar Tree

I love the dollar tree. Wish we had one here in Lake Isabella.

I visited this store on Saturday November 5th. Around 12pm. I was about to spend about $50 to $60 dlrs in there. But the problem was they were very rude. Every since the got the self checkout. They just feel like they don't have to use their registers anymore and I had glass items that needed to be wrapped. But I was told by one cashier that she was on her brake and the rest of them was busy watching people in the self checkout. They totally ignored me for 15 mins. So I walked out and left everything on the counter. This behavior is unacceptable

Very rude manager! Came up to me and my grandmother while trying to finish checking out and instead of letting us know we can't take the cart outside she comes up behind my grandma and starts taking our bags out of the cart and shoving them in my hand. Remind you we haven't even left the register yet or finished paying. Rude azz C. U. N. T.

It’s an ok store because there is so much trash and the inside is better a bit but not lots. I offered to sweep the trash for fee and was told someone from corporate will. This reflects on the store and personal that work here...but even mor to me it reflects on the residents that are going here & doing this. Management said trash cans get stolen. My advice is chain one up and put it away at night...or think of something better. If I didn’t have a bad foot and knee I’d be picking up even though I am not from the Bakersfield area....leaving the area tomorrow...such a downer!! Nice people working here and good stocking levels etc..though...if it weren’t for this stuff it would be a below average location in my opinion..way below average. I’m ashamed I didn’t at least pickup something.

Everything is always $1 . That’s it. Store is always fully stocked and clean. Best place to get the things you need on a budget. They never let me down.

This store is kept very clean. The products and prices are amazing. Unfortunately, this store has a very rude manager. His name is Demetrius. He is very rude and arrogant. If you happen to ask him a question, do not expect a friendly answer. He needs to learn some people skills. Also, one of his cashier's named Bertha. She is rude as well. I am just going to have to visit other Dollar Tree stores where they treat customers well by providing good customer service. I believe the Dollar Tree on California Ave. is a good one and the Dollar Tree on AIrport Drive in Oildale.
