Friendly staff but that doesn't make up for the old fax machine that keeps breaking and losing scripts, they lose scripts anyhow. Get things mixed up. Sorry, I love ever Fred across the country but this one needs an upgrade
Great customer service. Usually have what we need. Pharmacy staff is always awesome! They know us when they see us, before we tell them our names & are always quick. I just wish Fred's would consider leaving pharmacy open later. We have Fast Pace that opened in town but yet all our pharmacies in town close earlier than Fast Pace so if need medicine you still have to drive to Lexington for it which defeats the purpose of having Fast Pace in Parsons. Might as well go to Lexington one and get scripts there when done. We could really use a pharmacy open later in Parsons & would love it to be Fred's.

Love shopping at my local Fred's! Very nice and friendly staff....the store is clean and very well laid out. Highly recommended!
