Honestly I love this place. They have great deals on housewares and every day goods and also have a great selection of fun random stuff. I also love their selection of hair accessories. It's the best place to get all sorts of cute scrunchies and clips!
If this is the one on broad and McKean then at first it was not a great place but as they got to know me in realized that I am not one of the thieves that walk in they realized that I spend money in there and that I'm a good customer and I'm very honest now when I walk in they don't answer my school bag because they know that I am going to be in and out once I grab everything I need and I pay for it every penny so now they're very kind and nice to me and they don't have a problem with me but you could see when one of the people come in that steal you can tell
I bought a heater on 24th December 2022 which was $70. When I tried it at home, it only worked a few minutes. So, I instantly went back to return the heater. But the store did not want to change it. It was a bad experience! The heater still does not work and becomes a junk.
Worst store ever!!! I had a horrible experience in this store. The business owner was very rude. Their store policy is exchange within seven days with original receipt. I bought a cover for my sofa and asked the cashier if I can exchange it if it doesn’t fit she said yes just keep your receipt. So the next day I was trying to exchange it he didn’t want to do it for me.He was rude and disrespectful to me he said that I’m not a regular customer and he doesn’t want me in his store anymore. He wants to exchange the same cover in different color while this cover is too big and I didn’t want it. Don’t shop at this store, horrible customer service, horrible stufff, the owner is very rude………..

Yesterday I bought a door knob set, it was cheap yes but it was needed for a easy fix anyway it did not fit the door so today I took it back. Well that was a wait of time and money. The owner or manager was a rude mess. Long story short they did not refund my money. Not even a exchange. Never going back I rather spend money at Walgreens.
I use a walker they see me come in the store they come to get the door when i enter and exit the cashiers are very nice male or female so I have a tendency to go to that particular dollar value three four times a month that's how much I like going there to get what I need
