This target is straight chaos. It’s a different target every time you walk in since it’s going through a remodel. Half the parking lot is filled with shipping containers. The staff has generally been nice and helpful. I hope it turns out nicely once all the Reno’s are complete because in the mean time it’s a mess. The ulta looks nice but I would rather go to the real ulta across the street where I get loyalty points.
I came here for the first time the other day for some cat litter since I was in the area. And I had a pretty good experience the store is very nice, clean and organized. The litter was very easy to find as well as other products that I needed. I would come back again in the future I highly recommend this target.
There’s good news and bad news. The good news is the store is fairly well stocked and relatively clean. What’s nice about this store is it is huge so items like furniture that are not found at the smaller stores are available here. The bad news is that there are no more bags at this location. No bags at all. So bring your own bags or figure out how to carry your Target haul out. The other issue I had was with the registers not giving a receipt. An employee made a half-hearted attempt to fix the register but after several minutes, I walked away with no receipt. This isn’t the first time I felt the store was too short-staffed and many of the employees seemed untrained on simple tasks. This is the fault of Target, not the employees.
This location has no shopping bags. I was on the phone with my sister and she does InstaCart, so I overheard her asking an employee for shopping bags and they said they were out. This is a shock and a disappointment because I am a faithful Target customer and have never had to deal with this issue. No shopping bags for customers to carry their purchases out of the store? That is absolutely insane! And not only that, but working for a delivery company and not being able to give a customer their groceries with bags, that will effect her tips. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Very poor management.
Customer service is terrible. To get to a store manager is almost impossible. The customer service people tell you that you have to deal with them. When you finally , and i do mean finally get the manager he is as useless as the rest of the team. No one actually knows what they are doing and they make up the rules as they go along. I shop in Jersey Targets and the are friendly and knowledgeable. Cherry HIll store would NEVER let a customer walk out unhappy because they actually take an interest in KEEPING their customers. Not this store..probably why they are empty on a weekend mid day. Everyone is at Walmart instead.
I loathe this Target. Not only is it always lacking in products but every. single. time.. the prices at the register do NOT match the prices advertised on the shelves! And I refuse to scan every item as that would be ridiculous and should not be necessary. Never going back again. Do not recommend this location.
Hasn't been as good since the remodel. Selection is more limited and many things are out of stock or hard to find. Hopefully will improve once the remodel is fully complete.
Price match system is terrible. They only price match on a device of theirs which I have no problem with but when the item didn’t come up I was told that “sometimes the product just doesn’t show up” and if that happens then they can’t match the price but any other technological device ie. phone or tablet you could see the same product for a cheaper price and they would not honor it. In addition to that one of the places that the item was cheaper was a target store in the same city and state but they also wouldn’t price match to that. Why have a price matching system if you aren’t going to properly honor it ??
Wanted to exchange an item I had purchased earlier that day and she did not want to exchange my item because she said that the item I was bringing in was a different item clearly it was the same and was purchased the exact same day. Very disrespectful manager her name started with a N last S . She never helped me out and when asking for HR she tried to deny but ended up giving me her info by throwing the receipt to me . She clearly did not know what she was doing she didn’t even let her own staff help me out instead she took over. I don’t understand how target can hire such unprofessional managers with nasty attitudes. Shame on target for having these kind of employees.
where i work were not even allowed to chat with our coworkers but here you have people standing around during pickup, watching you you but no willingness to help, loligagging all around talking and cursing for patrons to hear. there’s no way there’s a manager on duty. pickup staff: fake customer service but it’s all an act the minute you don’t understand something they’re being passive aggressive. there’s a rare few three staff members who are upbeat and professional. also the older folks are great workers please hire more pleasant older people
