Doral View apartments is a 360 unit apartment development on 17.56 acres located at 701 NW 97 Avenue in Fontainebleau, Florida. The property is located off of the Dolphin Expressway and 97th Avenue giving the site great drive by exposure. The residences will be constructed in fourteen three-story garden style concrete structure buildings. The project will be parked by 551 on grade spaces and 54 garages. My husband and I moved from 2,000 miles away, having zero idea where we were going to live once arriving in the Miami area. We knew what we wanted, but had a hard time finding something that had everything we wanted, within budget and in a safe area. Doral View is truly like a resort. 3 gorgeous pools, 2 gyms, a dog park area and a walking trail…..WHAT?!?!?! It has everything, PLUS amazing staff. Kati was kind enough to help us and the process was quick, which was great because we were ready to be HOME! We are so excited to use the amenities and meet neighbors at the events here at Doral View. Thank you Kati for your help and for loving my dog, Walter, during the application process! : He loves it, and we do too!
Feels like I’m living in a five star resort . All amenities are top-tier. I just love hanging out on the pool every Saturday and the view is amazing. The staff is extremely attentive and I believe her name is Paola . She always goes above and beyond to help me out with whatever I need. I highly recommend these rentals to everybody.

I'm giving 5 stars to every agent at Doral View Leasing Office especially to Katiuska. She is amazing and has provided an excellent costumer service all the time. I'm completely satisfied with her support. I super recommend her.
I would give the staff 10 stars if I could. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Ingris has always gone above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. I love this community, from the amenities to the maintenance it’s a great place to call home.
The worst apartment EVER. Please stay away. Paying for parking and getting towed then having to pay $300 as a paying resident is insanity. Especially when there are guests parking on residential parking and on curbs. The parking situation is horrendous especially at night on the weekdays. The rules only apply to some people according to management when there are issues in the complex. They charged our entire deposit with scams, $1000 out of a $6000 deposit. Please don’t rent here. This place is ridiculous and apparently this has been an issue for others as well. Rent will have random charges. Overall a disappointing experience and the leasing office does nothing.
I've been living here for a couple of months and I really love this place. Its quite and beautiful. The leasing office agents were very polite and helpful in special Leticia, who helped me a lot during the leasing process. The full amenities are open and have received a great maintenance. The gym, jacuzzi, furniture and pools are exceptional clean and nice. Absolutely recommended
DO NOT MOVE TO DORAL VIEW IS THE WORST RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX THERE IS IN DORAL. worse apartment management, they treat you badly and do not take responsibility for anything. To renew, they do not give you the price until 3 weeks before the end of the contract and then they fine you because according to them you had to notify 60 days before but they do not want to give you a price and they fine you and they are not responsible for anything and the manager is rude.
Kathy’s got to be the worst agent I’ve ever worked with. She’s incompetent and doesn’t seem to know how to do her job properly …. It’s insane to me that people can hold positions they are not qualified for. She has an attitude that would make you question your morals. She cannot be married or have kids and if she does someone please call CPS and save those poor poor babies including the husband.
Kathy is super rude. Cockroach infestation from being such an unkept property. They charge random fees and tow your car for no reason. Again Kathy is the worst of the office. She should be fired. If you like living in roach infested places this is for you.
