I stayed here for two nights in July and was disgusted with the cleanliness of the room I was assigned. The bathroom had mold and the sheet was stained. Toilet still had poop stains and sink had strands of hair. The table in the room was dirty and seemed it had not been wiped for several days. When I cleaned it the cloth I used was extremely dirty.  The staff was kind enough to offer another room.  This hotel has so much potential but I cannot recommend anyone stay here beyond one night; if at all. It’s either the housekeeping staff are severely underpaid or they just don’t care.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice. The pool area is great. They are pet friendly with a dog area in the back. They are waking distance to a lot of restaurants and businesses in the area. The neighborhood is safe enough to walk around no matter what time it is.  Rooms: The rooms are spacious, nice linens and clean.  Nearby activities: There are a lot of businesses and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.  Safety: The neighborhood is very safe. Room was a little outdated . Breakfast was good  service great furniture was in need of repair , upholstery cleaning or replacement. Iron was scorched on faceplate ,sheets were wrinkled and made me wonder are they clean even though the may be . Overall for 120$night could be better! According to reviews it is better than lower priced. No bugs

Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. I had room 601. Room is clean , big and comfortable. Breakfast very good with selection of fresh fruit, cereals, hot buffet and breads. Starbucks coffees as well. Free parking, close to shops and restaurants, quiet location with a great view on planes landing at MIA airport.  Very reasonable prices for Doral. Recommended! I will be back. Thanks!

Larger room with microwave, small fridge and large tv. Hot breakfast was good with turkey Canadian bacon that was unusually good. I didn't like the bed. It was soft and dipped down at the hips that gave discomfort. Also, no USB charging outlets and few wall plugs make it a bit difficult to charge 3 items at once. Other than that, nice pool area, clean all around and excellent staff.

The room is well appointed, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Location wise, there's not much within a walkable distance. Overall, it was a good stay.Rooms: 5/5

Basically a Motel 6 with the Hyatt Place name on it, and a huge price tag.  The rooms were super dark, no carpet like the pictures, instead there’s dark wood laminate floors so makes the room look like you’ve walked into a dark wooden box. The bathroom shower has curtains that are barely hanging on unlike the photos. The shower head pressure was so insanely high, it was actually painful to take a shower zero exaggeration.  At this price and based on the photos was expecting something like the Marriott Garden Inn down the street which is great. Or something vibrant like the Residence Inn near Doral which is beautiful and vibrant when you walk into the room. Instead I just got an overpriced Motel 6. So disappointed and would never book at this place again.  BUT the customer service was incredible! The staff are fast, personable, nice, fun, and they go out of their way to help you. That’s the only good thing about this hotel.

These are the best! We highly recommend the Hyatt Place. Nice rooms that are spacious and reasonably priced. Free really nice breakfast. The staff are s always welcoming and accommodating. They even have Starbucks for cheaper than at a stand alone.

We stay here 8 days and was an amazing experience the rooms super comfortable they have breakfast every day and is delicious and variety and good coffee if I stay in that area again my first choiceRooms: 5/5

First of all, Indira at the front desk who doubled as bartender  Is the bomb! Rooms are clean and spacious but a little outdated. But they are suite style rooms and good value for the money.  See my pics/video The parking area is very well lit and secure. The breakfast was bacon, eggs and potatoes, cereal, yogurt and berries, toast and bagels. Lots to choose from! I would definitely book again.
