Great nurses, great Doctor and very friendly staff. Staff met us with a smile. Everything was explained to where we could understand. Definitely would recommend!

Staff are friendly, compassionate and helpful. Scheduling, however, a nightmare. Scheduled for Monday; as of 5:30 Friday night before, still have not received a call with arrival time. Adds anxiety to an already anxious situation.

I had an EGD and colonoscopy done today at Do than Surgery Center. Their customer service was great from start to finish! Each person who I made contact with were exceptionally friendly! Think you for taking great care of me on today

I am at odds. Their customer service is superb; fast, friendly, efficient. It's their scheduling and communication that's bleeped up. People waiting for hours to see a doctor. I too wait for hours and finally get back. I'm weighed and I pee in a cup and I strip down and put on the gown which was pleasantly warmed before hand and the blanket was warmed too, EXCELLENT customer service and I anxiously await the procedure that's going to tell me why I'm in pain when a knock comes at the door. It's the doctor, sweet as sweet can be he tells me, "I have good news and bad news. Good news is we can see you, bad news, it's not today. There's a weight limit on our machines and we'll reschedule your appointment for two weeks from today at the hospital." As far as bad news goes he delivered it well but I'm still humiliated and heartbroken because I've been waiting for over a month to find out why I'm in horrible pain constantly. I've already been through several tests and as this was my first endoscopy, it took a lot to work myself up to being okay with it. They were very kind when I started crying uncontrollably. Offered me comfort and iced water. Maybe you can see why I'm at odds. So much good and some critical aspects that really need some work. I hope this helps.

The customer service was awesome. The nursing staff was polite, friendly and so wonderful. Love the accommodations! They had me prepped up in no time

My appointment was 1/21/2020 at 10, I got checked in at 9:42,sat in the lobby got into pre-OP at 10 after an hour almost 2 of being in the room, my fiance goes to check and see what was going on,the nurse got smart and if you have ever been here the walls are thin, so I heard everything a nurse responses I didn't hear you push your button sarcastically. Walks him back to the room says they took a pause and they will be in soon to take me back they finally came,and I can say that the lady that came to get me had a beautiful bedside manner and beautiful spirit.Also so did ms. Denise.

Took my fiancee to Dothan Surgery Center for a procedure. Everyone was wearing masks and the only people allowed to be in the facility were the people which had the appointment. Told me I could leave or wait in the parking lot until her procedure was finished. Other than not being able to be with her in a waiting room or what have you, it was alright I guess. I believe in the social distancing and mask wearing, but they check you for a fever before you can enter the building, looks like they could at least have one person to be there for their loved ones. Too much of a good thing always leads to a bad thing. Just my opinion.

Only use this facility if you enjoy getting a big old surprise in the mail in the form of a bill. Then the finger pointing starts. The physician points at the facility. The facility points at the physician. And the patient is the ONE left twisting in the wind. If you violate the expectations of the customer/patient, that is not an environment which will engender trust.

The people here made me feel great, and I'm not just talking about medical attention. Even with the pandemic and dealing with everyone's ailments the staff was outstanding. They were more than just polite they were very accommodating.
