We will be offering 8, 12, and 16 week programs at the Royalty Athletic Club in Gorham NH as well as online. These programs will include a gym membership to the Royalty Athletic Club, Meal Planning, Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training, Body Composition Measurements, and Show Prep!
