So here's my story. I started in the BBQ business in 1986 at a local BBQ Restaurant. I've had many different smokers. All of them a little better then the last one. The one I cook on now is a Lang Smoker out of SE Georgia. All meats are Rubbed or Injected or Both. The cooking wood I use is Cherry wood. The BBQ sauce I use is out of the state of Missouri. Its nothing like what is on the shelf here in the local area.
