Dr. Hallmark is truly great. He has professional table manners, listens and is proactive and attentive in the care he provides. We travel 60 miles once a month to be seen by him and it’s worth it. He has been our doctor for 2 years. Best primary doctor we have had.
Dr. Hallmark and his staff are always attentive and professional. They spend the time with patients to ensure they understand what’s being discussed.
Every time I’ve been to this office it’s been a great experience. My first visit with Dr Hallmark was excellent. He spent wayyyy more time with me than I ever expected. He honestly cares about his patients and has us in his best interest. I will be bringing my family and wife here. Thank you Dr Hallmark and staff!!!
Dr Hallmark and his staff were awesome! Dr Hallmark has been my doctor for many years! He’s always done an amazing job with all my medical needs. I have and will continue to tell my friends about his practice. Highly recommend Douglas Family Medicince!!! I also cannot say enough kind words about Becky! She always takes time to listen to my problems and needs! She’s AWESOME!!!!!
Dr Hallmark takes to discuss all your questions & concerns without giving the feeling that he is in a hurry or has something more important that he needs to do. This sometime causes wait time to be longer than usual but you don't mine because you know here is showing some other patient the same attention that you appreciate.
Thanks Doug for a wonderful visit. So through and your staff is very well trained and professional. Wonderful atmosphere…feel blessed to have you as our physician. Amazing amount of time Dr Hallmark spent with us. Thank you. He saved my husband’s life….really. Mayo Clinic in Castlerock.

A massive waste of time and a huge bill for no exam or medical care provided. I had to verify my own insurance, continually insist on why I was there, and the only medical advice I was given was to "go stand in a Walmart for 5 minutes and look at all the disabled people" and that would motivate me to lose weight. I had scheduled a physical but no assessment was performed aside from them gathering the basic height, weight, vitals, etc. They said we could get to "all of that" next time. I had a few issues I brought up and nothing was done to address them. This was the most bizarre experience I have ever had at a Doctor's office. I'll also add that I waited 15+ minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen because the staff's coffee just arrived and they had to collectively get together and talk about their favorite drinks from Starbucks while the lobby just sat there waiting.
Dr Hallmark is very thorough and always gives me time to ask all my questions. I never feel rushed and always leave with an action plan that addresses my concerns. He’s fantastic!
These guys are all great! They really care about my well-being and I don’t feel like they see me as just patient.
