HORRIBLE FRONT DESK. Released my mother from care with NO explanation. DO NOT GO HERE the staff is AWFUL don't answer nor return phone calls. Especially the chunky one with glasses awwwwwwwwful demeanor and no customer service skills whatsoever. Get new help!!!!

Dr. Charpentier & staff have been treating my illness since 2019. Although my illness has taken a significant toll, Dr. Charpentier has improved my daily quality of life. His dedication to excellence has made it possible for me to regain some sense of normalcy. His character & commitment reflect well on his practice & medical professionals in his field.

I have tried to leave a message twice and you cut it short each time and hung up just like you called and said your doctor is not in this practice anymore and we need to cancel your appointment with no solutions

From the doctor moving too fast to the office staff not answering phone or being able to answer simple questions. Not a very helpful office.

I see Dr. Jeffrey Charpentier. He is knowledgeable, thorough in assessing my needs as a patient, and pragmatic with treatment approaches. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. They are responsive when you call although you might need to leave a message when staff are on the other line.

Didn’t let me know of copay charge upfront and when I call20+ times to try and reschedule my appointment nobody wants to pick up they just ignore the calls this is an important appointment I needed and another person came in while I was sitting in the office and even said they wasn’t answering the phone they was rude and had attitudes rolling eyes and just unprofessional in my opinion

Dr. Nada..... is a super special physician! In her field of neurology, she is at the TOP! The most intelligent, caring, professional doctor. She makes you feel like you are one of the most important friends she has to take care of! You just know her interest in your health is genuine. Absolutely wonderful!

Terrible experience. As many have reported before me, this practice has a totally inept offfice staff. They do not answer phone calls or respond to email. Showing up in person is the only way to communicate and even then, expect incorrect information. This practice should NOT be trusted.

I like my doctor there. But getting someone to a answer the phone can sometimes be aggravating UPDATE. 3 years later since my first review. Things still haven't changed. I like my doctor. He tries. But getting someone to answer the phone and or return calls is still hit and miss. Most of the time it's all you can do to get someone to either answer the phone or return calls. I don't know where they get their office staff, but they truly suck at there jobs. They are either not trained very well or they just don't give a damn. All I know, the office staff makes the whole office look bad in public.
