Very nice clean place to live. Price is High compared to other similar locations. The only downfall during the time I lived there was that my car was broken into 8 times and other neighbors vehicles stolen. The acting management at the time did little to nothing to prevent future crime. Their response to me was “ get an alarm and make sure you have full coverage” pretty much not their problem. That’s the reason we left. For the amount you are paying they should have 24hr security patrolling the property.
Almost a week in at this location and very pleased. We were in between selling and buying a new house and needed a short term rental. Dora was awesome and walked us through the whole process and helped us move in right on time. Based on Doras professionalism and service we knew if this location had someone like that running the place we were confident that it was a good location. Been very quite and pet friendly so far and the family likes it. Good atmosphere. Happy camper so far.
The apartment is spacious with good amenities. The tenants are diverse and friendly. The manager is friendly and provides good service. It is pet friendly. The property is maintained very good. The only issue is parking. That goes with any place where there are a lot of apartments. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
I never recommend this apartment to anyone. There are many concerns around this apart so I am give very low star.. first of all this apartment looks good from outside looks only inside all are every, I am living here almost 5 years, I see lot of insects coming out from holes inside the apartment.. it all over the place inspects.. there is nothing stop them because this is very old apartment improperly remodeled. And second the washing machine, none of the washing machines are working most of the days, and management have not responsibility to repair or fix, we need to call the vendor and vendor never revery properly. This is very bad, we need to spend lot of hours to get out cloths washed. And last not least parking, it is horrible, people park all over the place, when we comes we can’t park in our allocated space due some one else is parking Infront of our parking and is so frustrating
Mathew was a very nice and helpful person when we went to ask information about the apartments. The apartments look great, would definitely recommend them, hope we can moved there soon!
First of all, do not trust any of the reviews you see here. This was the first apartment I ever had. My car was broken into and the apartment doesn’t have cameras in the back to enhance security. The maintenance request is not met after a week or more. They won’t change their dirty mirrors which has a permanent stain. The management doesn’t not care for their tenants. Do your research; I don’t recommend.
The maintenance in this place absolutely sucks they take weeks, days to get to you even for the simplest things like needing a light fixed or sink maintenance. I called twice they said they where going to send someone that day and ever did since then my calls have not been answered.
My cousin and I tried applying. We called and when they answer they keep telling us to leave our information so they can call us back, but they never do. We’ve already called 3 times and still nothing. Their management doesn’t care for customer service. I do not recommend.
I have lived at Parc@5 for a year now, I moved from down town LA. I thought that leaving DTLA would change my lifestyle I enjoy luxury buildings but I feel it got better. I'm saving WAY more money and Carlos the manager is very friendly and quick in responding to my request. I know that a lot of work being put in to the pools and gym so I'm happy to see all the changes. I live in a 2 bedroom and I love that all the appliances were included and you gotta have central AC. I highly recommend this place for the savings and luxury.
They are very fast I helping , and returning calls. She’s very professional Dora Castaneda, has very good costumer Service.
