I think he is the best doctor I've ever had...he's very convenient too. and you in and out. And I'm an recovering addict and I thank you Dr Almansour for helping me save my life and getting my life back..you truly are an amazing doctor for what you do for everyone that you care for..
Today with how our current economic health is teetering on the edge, finally a stand up doctor who takes each patient uniquely to their needs. Big thanks to the girls at the desk for keeping there staplers loaded because boy o boy are they proficient. Now I’m not one to pump any details up, I speak from multiple years of dealing with dr. And I can truly say he’s in the loop and on the cutting edge with bedside manner and attention to detail. He’s a good doctor all the way through and through.
This doctor is an absolute joke being my first time there left me sitting in the waiting room two and a half hours after my appointment time and when I finally did get to see the doctor for all of 45 seconds he had to take a phone call in the middle of first meeting me. Runaway as fast as you can. Methuselah should retire
Best office I’ve ever dealt with - working with the public, especially sick and vulnerable people is difficult, and the office staff is excellent and treat you with respect and empathy. I needed an appointment as a new patient and they were able to squeeze me in before the weekend, which I am terminally grateful for. Yes, they have extremely long wait times - but you can tell speaking with the doc he knows what he’s doing and is an experienced, knowledgeable provider. Schedule ahead and with wiggle room in your day! Thanks to this office Also, the fish tanks are soothing and a perfect touch hey, the fish are healthy!
I needed to be seen by a doctor right away, and I called the office, told them my problem and the girl said hold on, came back on and said, can you make it here by 3pm? It was 2:15pm and I said yes!!! The front girls are amazing! They listen and really try to help! I feel like I can’t thank that front desk girl enough for getting me in the same day I called! And the nurses are absolutely amazing and so friendly and understanding! And the doctor is absolutely the best!! He listens to your problems with no judgment and actually treats people rather than just send people out the door with no diagnosis or no treatments! It’s rare now a days to find a office that has a great front desk, great nurses, and a top notch doctor! I am Really and truly grateful I found this practice!
I have been Dr. Almansours patient for almost 14 years now and he and his staff have been the most amazing people I could ask for! He has went through many different staff members being that he is a learning and teaching office so many students come and go and some girls from the front desk have moved out of state or onto retirement but the group of girls he has in there right now are the absolute best!!! Brittany is ontop of everything as soon as I come in or any time I call she takes care of what I need within minutes and Amanda is the only nurse I will ever see, her genuine care and sweet nature makes me feel safe and right at home, them girls are like family to me, I know the wait can be long but its worth the care I receive!!
I believe the doctor is a good doctor. I’ve never had any issues with his care for me. What is the worst and super annoying is their scheduling. No matter what time you make your appointment. They don’t call you back to a room till at least an hour after your scheduled appointment. At one time, I came one hour early trying to avoid waiting one hour after my appointment and I literally sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before just walking out. No one called to question if I was okay or anything. Unless you have time to just sit around with random strangers in a very small waiting room for hours, I recommend going else where.
I absolute love this pace. Brittany is amazing along with the other office ladies, Amanda is also one of their very nice, caring nurses. Along with many more. But doctor is one of the best, they've helped me come a long way and I'll forever be grateful for that. If your nice they will be but if you go in demanding and bieng rude, just don't.
The staff here is great I love them. However the doctor is another story all together.. I've been going for years because the girls are awesome. But when the doctor doesnt even remember who you are when you were just in 5 days ago. AND have been a patient for over 2 yrs its disrespectful. The wait here is also insanely time consuming if you dont have 2-3 hrs to spare and 10 mins with him max in the room with you dont make an apt. Everytime I see him it feels very rushed and like he isnt even listening to a patients concerns. After 2 yrs I'm leaving the office due to not having my concern addressed properly or professionally by him. He needs to schedule less people and take more time with his patients individually.
Dr. Almansour is a detailed, non-rushed physician. I have gone to him for over a year and am totally happy. His staff is the most professional group of woman I have ever experienced in a medical office. The culture of the office is organized and friendly. This office will NEVER make you wait unnecessarily. Your time is as valuable as theirs. I have definitely found my medical team.
