I changed doctors because I was truly not satisfied with the care that I was receiving. Doctor Simpson, actually took the time to listen and followed up himself with a call about my labs. I felt he took time to listen and cared about me as his patient. Fantastic visit! He did not rush and took his time. I did not wait more than ten minutes in the waiting room. His nurse was awesome and was very friendly.

Teri is always very kind. She listens and doesn't try to rush you out of the office. I feel she really cares about her patients. I've been to her several times and have always had a good experience. Always get in quickly. No complaints at all.

I have been a patient of Dr Simpson for several years. His care is excellent and he takes the time necessary to diagnose and care for or treat what is wrong. A great benefit is that he has Walk-In Visits from 8-10 AM daily. His has a very professional staff and the waiting room is large and has coffee, water and snacks available.

I have been cometely devastated on losing my primary care physician of 20+ years and was searching for another primary care physician. An internet search supplied me with several choices to consider. Dr. Simpson's name popped up. I was impressed with the many great reviews of Dr. Simpson, which led me to make an appointment. I was very anxious, to say the least, about my appointment. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and that helped tremendously. Dr. Simpson was great!! I felt my first appointment went very well!!

The wait time is no more than 5-10 minutes. The staff are friendly helpful and courteous. The clinical staff are great. Dr Simpson is easy to talk to and very personable. I highly recommend his practice

I just love LewisGale Family Medicine in Dublin Va because they are always so friendly and courteous. Terri McCormick-Goodhart is one of the best PA's I ever had the pleasure of being treated by because she has a genuine concern about my health. Whenever I have a health issue, she is right on top of the matter. I think this place is phenomenal in every aspect and would recommend it everyone.
