. You are very open and personable! My kind of people. Thank you..it's now a year later...my old fillings have been replaced. I now use an electric toothbrush and peroxide with my mouthwash. I am confident my teeth will last the rest of my life. I am so grateful to this wonderful person!

Absolutely recommend!! This dentist actually did cosmetic work for me when I was 17!! I moved away after high school and lived in LA and had the same trusted dentist for the entire 16 years I lived there- I loved her and was so nervous about finding a dentist here that I could afford and who I could trust. So glad I came across Dr. Chen’s info and went in again around 3 years ago. Karin is such a cool great person and a talented and knowledgeable dental assistant and Dr. Chen is so gentile and such a good dentist!!! I truly enjoy going in to see them. We talk about my teeth and life and pregnancy and love - they’ve met my first son when he was little enough to hang out in his seat while I got my cleaning and they’ve seen me through two pregnancies since and this really is a family practice and they feel like family :-
This guy should have been shut down by the department of health years ago. I can't believe he is still allowed to practice dentistry. I took a friend there years ago and was shocked to see the way he treated her. We filed a complaint years ago with the DOH . Any five star ratings must be from friends or family. Nobody in there right mind would ever go back to this character. The place is filthy and cats are free to walk all over the dental equipment.
I went today for teeth cleaning. The receptionist was very kind and professional. Dentist Dr Thomas Chen and his assistant did a great job. I also made an appointment for Nov. The place is very clean and comfortable. They have the most beautiful and friendly cat which is in my opinion a plus. We are seeing more dogs in stores and restaurants. Cats and dogs in nursing homes. Great job Dr Chen and the staff. My dentist from now on.
Small family practice. Very capable and knowledgable dentist. If your looking for large more corporate setting ? This is probably not for you. Dr. Chen is family friendly dentist. They work with most insurance companies. If your not insured, they will work with you to treat your condition and not rob you $ I would and do recommend them.
Love this place!!! Best dentist I've ever had!!! They truly care for everyone of their patients! They work on their days off if you are in desperate need of dental work!!! The staff is Amazing!!! They take time to get to know you! They treat everyone like family and make you feel very comfortable!! They care and respect if you are afraid of going to the dentist!! They are patient with anyone that has PTSD. Making sure that you feel in control of the of the work being done! My family and I would and will recommend them to any and everyone!!!
I always an incredible experience here, the doctor and assistant are absolutely wonderful people and are always incredibly welcoming with a smile! Also, I love that they have a cat in the office! The waiting room is lovely as well
The office conditions are disgusting and Dr. Chen's botched dental work resulted in an infection, disfigurement, an expensive root canal from another dentist, and a surgical procedure. After receiving a filling from Dr. Chen, I returned a week later because my tooth hurt and my gums were inflamed and bleeding. I told Dr. Chen that it was infected and he told me that I simply ground my teeth, that it was not infected, and that it would be fine. My symptoms continued to worsen, and so I called him five separate times over the course of three weeks and never once received a call back. I ultimately had to go to an emergency dental clinic, where I was informed that the tooth Dr. Chen had worked on was no longer vital and that I needed an emergency root canal. The other dentist performed the root canal for $1200 out of pocket, but I am left with a disfiguring cyst from the initial infection that will require a surgical procedure to remove. All of this could have been avoided if he had listened to me when I told him it was infected the first time. Utterly disgusting. Stay far, far away.
The dentist is great but the receptionist is horrible. She has a bad attitude, I had to call my insurance provider multiple times and have them send proof to her. She then had a bad attitude again and said that my pregnant wife had to wait three months to be seen for a dental emergency out of spite. I have no idea how this office is still in operation.
