Working with Dr. Charles and his staff has been and is very warm and welcoming. My first experience with Dr Charles was a bit frightening. but felt comfortable. Hard to explain.I went to see a Dr for Bio Clear. Horrible experience From my Excuciating pain from day one of the worst 3.5 months of my Life. Other complications With Dr Charles/ dental implant. Very little pain first week. I can actually smile with confidence. Have been smiling ever since . I never had to shy away from going outside, going out to eat, or embrassed to talk or be around Family. So glad I met Dr Charles. Dr. Charlie did amazing job on my implants His staff was so warm and welcoming every vist. Atmosphere was so comfortable. I am still in the beginning stages of my journey with Dr Charles and his team, but they have already gone above and beyond for me. I am in my early 30s and have struggled with teeth issues since I was young so to find out my teeth really didn’t have much longer was a shock to me. Dr Charles reassured me he had a solution that would change my life and oral health and he was absolutely right! Surgery is not the funniest nor is recovery but I would do it all over again if I needed to with no hesitation! Thank you Dr. Charles and your team especially Glen! I came to Dr. Charles’ office for a consultation but feeling a bit leery. I was very nervous thinking of the procedure and the process. I had never heard of this being done in a day so I was skeptical. The surgery was lengthy but well worth it! I literally cried when I was given the mirror to look at myself. It looked amazing!! They actually look like my own teeth which they are now I wish I had met Dr. Charles years ago I would refer him to the world!!He is absolutely amazing!! He’s #1 in my book!!!
For the last several years I have had infection after infection. So much pain. Embarrassed to smile, embarrassed to kiss my husband. Always covering my smile. A few weeks ago I took a huge step and call NY Dental Implants and met with Dr. Charles and his staff. My journey began that day. I had surgery the following week and left that day with a new smile. My journey is just beginning. But I can not thank Dr. Charles and his staff enough for making my dream come true. I am so happy to be smiling again.
