A little later, the office, now part of Well Med, is much better! Dr. Crabb, as always, is a consummate professional and best doctor around. He made time out of his busy day to take care of my urgent needs. He is caring, personable and I would highly recommend him and his office.
He does not deserve any stars because he has refused to get care providers wheelchair and the items needed for a man with a broken back that is bed bound and very sick right now. Or for his wife which was in the hospital for pneumonia. And she is unable to take care of him well because Dr.CRAB refuses to do his job to get them get off his lazy assuming butt to get the providers and the help that they both need. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND NEGLECT .He is the worst doctor COMPLETELY ignorant, arrogant ,and neglecting his DISABLED patients ! ONE That i has a broken back and the other WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH pneuonia and because he's not doing his job. SHE had to get out of the hospital EARLY to take care of her husband this person has no right calling himself a doctor and .I am going to call and Attorney and will call the newstations IF HE DOES NOT DO HIS JOB And get THE PAPERWORK NEEDED TO HELP THEM .tS THE SECOND TIME AFTER SHE HAS BEGGED HIM FKR HELP AND HE REFUSED To DO HIS JOB!! I WANT A REAL DR TO REPLACE THIS JOKE . THESE PEOPLE ARE DEATHLY ILL!!
I've been a patient for over 5 years, he's the greatest! Tells the truth, drops "F" bombs here and there. Talks to you like your a buddy and not patient. Gets to know you for you and learns EXACTLY how to treat your mental needs. I can honestly say he's saved my life over and over again just by hugging me and letting my cry, vent and snot all over him. He knows me well enough to know that I internalize everything. I like Dr. Crabb, he is a very good Dr. He is very thorough, however I do NOT like his front desk people!!!
Whom ever is the front desk/receptionist was extremely rude and short and was NOT helpful at all. I really wanted to use Dr. Crabb and she basically made it impossible. Very disappointed.
They only take two types of insurance atp and United healthcare complete.
