Elle est retournée au cabinet quelques semaines plus tard pour se faire retirer les files, on lui demande de payer 40€ ! 40€ pour retirer des files ???? Mais ça ne devrait pas être inclus dans le forfait de l’opération des implants ? Moi je n’ai jamais payé pour me faire retirer mes files ! Ça fait plus de 6 mois que l’opération a eu lieu maintenant, ma mère a toujours des douleurs, elle n’arrive plus à manger normalement, c’est inadmissible ! Elle cherche d’autres dentistes car ne veut plus retourner voir celui-ci, mais même avec d’autres elle ne veut plus tellement elle est traumatisée !
