Quand ma mère a appelé le cabinet pour signaler son problème on lui a répondu « c’est normal c’est parce que vous êtes âgée ». Non mais VRAIMENT ?? Elle est retournée au cabinet quelques semaines plus tard pour se faire retirer les files, on lui demande de payer 40€ ! 40€ pour retirer des files ???? Mais ça ne devrait pas être inclus dans le forfait de l’opération des implants ? Moi je n’ai jamais payé pour me faire retirer mes files ! Ça fait plus de 6 mois que l’opération a eu lieu maintenant, ma mère a toujours des douleurs, elle n’arrive plus à manger normalement, c’est inadmissible ! Elle cherche d’autres dentistes car ne veut plus retourner voir celui-ci, mais même avec d’autres elle ne veut plus tellement elle est traumatisée !
