Doctor Cochran is a wonderful caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen and to solve any problems I am having. I met him when he took care of my mother and his kind and thorough care of her cemented my decision to see him as my doctor. I recommend Dr Cochran 100%.
I do not recommend Dr Cochran......he over medicated my father who was suffering from acute depression and ended up in a psych hospital! During the office visit, I requested a recommendation for a psychiatrist in case it was needed and he refused to give me one, said “We don’t give recommendations and was told that if an emergency arises, go to the emergency room. Another concern was the lack of a follow up appt for drug management........disgraceful!!!
As soon as they hear I'm looking for a new PCP for my 8 yo son they are very helpful and say "Oh yeah we do accept new patients " but when I say it's a Sunshine Health Insurance they say they don't accept new patients. Bias!!!. This is not professionalism. What happened to Hippocratic Oath? We are 4 people more to the millions who'll never use services from Advent Health anymore... I've heard it before but first time experienced.
My family has been going to this office since 1993. Never had problems until the last 2 years. I miss Dr. Treharne dearly. I am not sure what has happened but the office in not the same. Now you will wait about an hour to see the doctor for less than 10 min of their attention always with the excuse of staffing issues and the office staff is unprofessional and inept.
Dr. Cochran has been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. If you are looking for a family practice that is both caring and efficient, I highly recommend.

Dr. Cochran has been an excellent primary care physician for my wife and me. He listens well, explains his diagnoses and cares.
