I had to have a tooth extracted so a crown could be made. Being a former Dental Assist at the University of Pennsylvania, and former Dental Insurance agent I have an idea how long an authorization should take. I waited several weeks and never received my copy of the authorization. Called the office and was told the person who handles the insurance was not in the office but would call me back the next day. I never received that call. I called back and was told the authorization form was going to be submitted. It was finally submitted but was for a crown for the tooth that was extracted. ???? Dr. Fink maybe good, but I think his staff needs further training. Who has time to constantly call and Micro manage a person who is supposed to be a professional. I don't recommend them at all.
