Dr. David Dugan is a board certified oral surgeon located in Oneonta, NY.
Dr. Dugan received his dental and medical degrees from the University of Buffalo. A board-certified oral surgeon, he has been in private practice since 2002. He currently serves on the staff of Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital and A.O. Fox Hospital, Department of Surgery.
An accomplished educator, Dr. Dugan served as a clinical instructor at both University of Buffalo's School of Medicine and School of Dental Medicine. His extensive education has brought him from one end of the state to the other including time at such prestigious institutions like Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City and Women's & Children's Hospital in Buffalo. In addition to oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Dugan has studied additional techniques including plastic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck surgery, and the treatment of maxillofacial trauma. Dr. Dugan is also a graduate of the distinguished Misch Implant Institute, where he learned the very latest hands-on approach to stay at the very forefront of implant dentistry. He belongs to several medical and dental organizations, including the American Medical Association, American Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Society.
Dr. Dugan settled in upstate New York where he established and oral, maxillofacial, and implant surgery practice in Oneonta. His practice provides all levels of services including wisdom teeth extraction, placement of implants, and the surgical repair of facial fractures using the very latest techniques.
