Dr. Dugan received his dental and medical degrees from the University of Buffalo. A board-certified oral surgeon, he has been in private practice since 2002. He currently serves on the staff of Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital and A.O. Fox Hospital, Department of Surgery.
An accomplished educator, Dr. Dugan served as a clinical instructor at both University of Buffalo's School of Medicine and School of Dental Medicine. His extensive education has brought him from one end of the state to the other including time at such prestigious institutions like Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City and Women's & Children's Hospital in Buffalo. In addition to oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Dugan has studied additional techniques including plastic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck surgery, and the treatment of maxillofacial trauma.
