Dr. Fornace is an awesome doctor and has a great sense of humor all the time. He is serious about his patients care and well being. One of the best ever. He's my elderly sisters cardiologist, she's also diabetic and he keeps up with all of her treatments. We highly recommend Dr. Fornace.
Dr.Fornace is a wonderful doctor. He has a very pleasant manner and he's very comforting. He makes you feel like you are important and he listens to you. I'm very pleased with him and also his staff is phenomenal.

He listens, he knows how to relay information to you in a fun way, and most importantly.....He really pays attention to what the patient wants and needs. He has a charmingly witty personality and I believe he has the ability to make anyone feel welcome in his office. My last cardiologist in Port Orange,Dr. Ashraf S Elsakr, was an absolute nightmare. Rude, inconsiderate and just unpleasant. Dr. Fornace is the best around in my opinion. I will see him for all of my needs.
I highly recommend Dr Fornace he truly listens to to your concerns and doesn’t just write a prescription , From the moment He walked into the room I felt comfortable with him he was down to earth and was very friendly I had to take a stress test in the hospital he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I didn’t even realize I was taking a medical test . I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a competent friendly great bedside manner doctor. He’s office staff is also friendly and helpful ! What more can you ask for .
My husband and I are both patients of Dr Fornace. He is an excellent cardiologist with a super staff. Lynn, receptionist, is accommodating in scheduling our appointments at our convenience and handling our prescription needs. Elaine, office manager, is warm, friendly and welcoming., Never do we have to wait long as Tiffany, nurse, keeps the flow of patients moving. We’re lucky to have them looking after our care!!
Dr. Fornace was the only cardiologist around that I could find that accepted my young son's insurace and was accepting new patients. I'm so glad that we found him. I had my hands full with my 10 year old son and my newborn daughter. The entire staff and doctor were so pleasant, thorough, and understanding. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Fornace is wonderful and funny. I got along great with him. His Ultrasound tech is also wonderful. My complaint is with the secretary who answers the phones. She really needs to knock her attitute down a notch.
Hello, I have a history of heart disease. My father died from a massive heart attack at age 51. My mother had a triple bi pass at 57. I'm 56 and have been experiencing very high blood pressure along with chest pains and horrific head aches. I've never been to the ER for this ever and he told me that I couldn't keep running too the ER Everytime my blood pressurewent up and I had a headache, which were the exact instructions my primary told me to do. Then as I was getting discharged he comes in and says a lot of Your meds need to be adjusted and I don't have time for that right now. He told me to get into a cardiologist within the Week. I don't know about anyone else but I don't know of any cardiologist that will get you in that fast. Needless to say I am completely disgusted and displeased with his services. If I die before I can get into the cardiologist by the 10th, I've instructed my family to sue him. He didn't listen to one thing about my family history....if you have your druthers, I'd suggest asking for a different Dr.
Best Doctor's Experience I've EVER had! From scheduling the appointment to checking out everyone was GREAT!! Only wish all doctors experiences were as good as you all. Thank you I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!!
Love Dr Fornace! He is straight forward and encouraging at the same time He uncovered a heart condition I most likely have had for a long time. His office personnel do their best to put you at ease & assist with any billing problems. I have been his patient for 9 years
