Doctor Gupta was efficient and thorough with her examination. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to where it was understandable to me. Will definitely go every year for my annual checkup with Dr. Gupta!

Don't be fooled by Dr. Saggu's amazing chair-side manners, she is an amazing doctor and extremely knowledgeable. The clinic is extremely high tech, which clear shows the level of extra work she and all the other associates spent to  keep the quality of their care.  She takes the time to explain all recommendations. You truly feel she cares for your needs instead of just doing regular prescriptions. She has been taking care of my family for years now and I can't thank her enough! Her team has always been on point with all the extra help. Highly recommend her and her team!

Staff and service are great. The doctor was really fantastic. Took the time to explain everything very well. Only issue is the automated booking system. It gets the time wrong for the appointment everytime so you need the verify with the office directly as typically the time the system gives you is not recorded by the office staff. I've had this happen each year for the annual appointment through the email and text reminders sent to me. Otherwise a super experience!

I had a great experience here! I hate booking appointments, but they have an online booking system which makes it easy. Receptionist was polite and friendly, and billed my insurance directly. The person doing the pre-test was also great, and completed the tests quickly. The doctor was super friendly, answered any questions I had, and explained things to me. Highly recommend!

My recent eye exam experience was the best!  The office staff are warm and welcoming.  The eye doctor is very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. Back story: During COVID, I needed an emergency eye check.  I called the office of my usual eye doctor at that time and they would not fit me in, telling me to go to the hospital.  I called around to several eye doctors, some of which had advertised that they welcomed emergencies, and they would not fit me in. I then called Dr Patel’s office which was in the same predicament as the other doctors’ offices, but the receptionist was so concerned about me that she pleaded with the doctor to squeeze me in.  I couldn’t believe how caring they were!  I have continued going to Dr Patel for my eye care since then.   I absolutely, unreservedly, recommend this doctor’s office.  You will be in safe, caring hands.

I’m very satisfied with my senior annual follow up . Staff is very nice , I felt comfortable . I had a proper complete assessment of my vision and the doctor gave me clear explanations and advice, took his time to  answer my questions . Excellent, thank you !

I have had an eye exam every 2-3 years since I was a small child I’m now 30 and I have never had such an amazing experience as I had today. The doctor took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed to do for the health of my eyes and even showed me internal photos of my own eyes for my better understanding. Everyone I encountered was as very polite and knowledgeable and I’m very grateful that I ended the appointment with a new prescription that o know will work for me. 10/10 would recommend

I was on edge prior to my visit because of an unpleasant experience with another vision centre.  Dr Naguib was professional, informative and above all, reassuring.   I consider myself very fortunate to have found Fallon Patel and Associates.  I am already booked for next year’s appointment.

Amazing experience. From booking the appointment website includes open spots, to getting there and getting the eye test done - everything went smoothly. Front desk is very friendly/welcoming and had no issue billing insurance directly. There was no rush and the test was done professionally and thoroughly. Thank you kindly!
