Dr. Ferber and Dr. Pinon are great Vets. At times, Frontdesk needs better customer service skills. I wish the office would come to 21 century to communicate with their clients via email or text.
The vets I have met have always been very informative and kind to my dogs. I love that they take their time too instead of trying to rush you out of the room. Happy fur parent.
Dr. Ferber I'd very empathetic and a great communicator. I trust him completely. He gets 5 stars, but the operation gets 4 for instances I choose not to get into in a review. If your pet/companion is ill, definitely see Dr. Ferber.
Dr. Ferber is great however his office staff at the front have a lot to be desired. They are rude, leave you on hold and forget about you. Forget about getting an estimate by email. They never send it.
We have rceieved consistently good vet care for our dog Dakota here and even better, our dog loves the staff.
Whether you have a dog, car, or exotic. Dr. Ferber is the place to go. Great front desk slso!
amazing doctors office. definitely would recommend. sadly had to put my leopard gecko to rest today, so heartbreaking.
I dont recommend this place at all. I took my hedgehog here because he is incredibly bloated and he needed to get checked. I was not able to go inside with him to see what was going on. They prescribed a medicine for him but he never got better. I took him to a new vet and the new vet in cooper city let me know he was given the WRONG medicine this whole time and the xrays they took at ferbers were really bad. When i called to complain, the receptionist said we would not be given our money back for the xrays or the medicine and that they wanted proof even though we do have picture proof of the wrong medicine with their name and everything. The new vet in cooper city has to send them a letter staying they messed up just so they will even give us back the money.
Nice people, but absolutely the longest wait I’ve ever had at vet. Over two hours blood tests and general checkup. Took an extra 20 minutes after they took my payment. Have already seen two other animals go in and come back out with medication prescribed before mine. The last 30 minutes of the wait. Kept telling me 5 minutes longer which clearly turned into 40 minutes. Never coming back here. Other blood tests have been done in max 1 hour 30 mins. It’s stretching 2 hours and 20 mins now as I sit here.
