Pines West Animal Hospital

VCA Pines West Animal Hospital is amazing. A year a year ago my pup was hardly walking. Their care, love and attention towards him has worked miracles. They are true professionals who listen and are tuned in to whatever issues you may be having with your pet. I highly recommend them to anybody who's looking for alternative methods of healing and giving their fur baby a good quality of life.

I’ve had dogs my entire life, I’ve been to many vets.. VCA Pines is the best one I have been to. They treat my dog, Leo, like a local celebrity whenever we come in! Dr. Lori Meacham is wonderful. The whole staff truly make us both feel cared for. Very compassionate place that I highly recommend.

I am so disappointed with Pembroke Pines VCA as their service seemed ok but unfortunately was lied to on coverage of their club care. Yesterday I was given the option for the Club care and all the services of that day would of been covered which included a senior wellness blood tests. The front desk said I would be refunded if I opt to do this package within a week. I decided to take it today, paid and asked them for my refund as proposed yesterday. Manager who was hiding somewhere then says that the blood tests were because he is sick which we already had done tests another day. These are the same blood tests on this package as nurse thought would be good to do because of his age. Beware of how people nowadays can take you for a ride and when confronted they find all reasons to get out of it and prefer to lose a client than making a smart move.

I went there because my dog had a big cat’s cut on her belly. I was hoping they would help me since it is an animal hospital and an emergency situation. When i showed the cut to the 2 ladies there they told me they couldn’t do anything because it was too deep and i should go to an emergency clinic. They did not care at all. Not even offered something to cover and protect the cut. Very disappointing

We are huge fans of VCA Pines, the staff is super friendly and they always treat my pups with kindness and care. They have an app which makes it super easy to keep track of my dogs vaccines and records and also easy to book an appointment. The vets I have met have always been very informative and kind to my dogs. I love that they take their time too instead of trying to rush you out of the room. Happy fur parent :

VCA Pines West was our established practice for our beloved dog for several years. I cannot say enough of their high standard of care. Our dog also received grooming services from Sergio there and he was so caring to her needs-as a fearful rescue dog he earned her trust and grooming sessions were no longer traumatic. Dr. Berg and Dr. Meacham provided excellent care all through the end. The vet techs and admin staff were always responsive it's great to see people who enjoy their job. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful furbaby yesterday, and in the midst of all the sadness I found comfort through their compassion. Thank you for all the years of excellent care for our furbaby. We appreciate you all.

I took my fur baby for rabies shot today. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful!! My little baby was scared because of the unfamiliar place and resisted to get out of the bag. The staff and doctor calmed him down nicely and gently, and gave him the shot even he wasn’t aware that it already finished!!! Very professional and nice vet!! I recommend this animal hospital to all pets’ parents!

VCA Pines West Animal Hospital has been caring and loving toward our Jack Russell, Jack and they will continue that love and care for the newest member of our family, Gunther Bean Sparrow, The Kitten
