Dr. Swain and his staff are definitely in tune to what your child needs are. Very sweet, very welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do! We are lucky to have him and his team as our child’s dentist.
If your child is scared to death to go to the dentist this is your dentist. This dentist is absolutely amazing not to mention his staff in one person particular Miss Kay she was amazing to my daughter, Amber loves Miss Kay and I love that. I was not able to go with her and my husband to their appointment today but she was so excited and so happy and so looking forward to going back to her next visit. If you want to be comfortable and not have anxiety and fear of taking your child to a dentist this is the dentist you need to go see they take their time they let your kids know that your kids are in control it's just a great place for kids to go to Have their teeth worked on. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would give them 11
I'm very grateful to Dr Swain for the dental work he has done for my son!! My son has ADHD and is very hypersensitive – he has always disliked the dentist office. From the time he was baby he has had to be held down because he fights even getting his teeth cleaned. BUT that all changed when we went to see DR. Swain and his staff. Dr. Swain took the time to get to know my son. He let him know he was the one in control! My son had to have a tooth extracted and I was so worried he was going to have another bad dentist office experience where staff had to hold him down. His procedure went great- My son didn’t get upset once! Dr. Swain and his staff took their time and explained what they were doing each step of the way. I couldn’t believe how amazing he is- he is a child whisperer!
He was very impatient and unprofessional with my 4 year old at the time. She was nervous and crying and he kept telling her to “hush the noise.” Didn’t act like he had worked with kids. Will not every go here again.
I'm very grateful to Dr Swain for the dental work he has done for my daughter. Her previous visits to other dentists have been disasterous... she has a terrible gag reflex and can not bear anything in her mouth. From the first visit he has skilfully gained her confidence and helped her overcome her phobia. Today he pulled two teeth and filled one. She went through the procedure without the usual trauma! This is a breakthrough I highly recommend Dr Swain for your child!
