The dr is great hands down but his staff i horrible they dont return calls one employee says she will return a call a day and when we call she wasnt in that or there just lying dr smuth needs new staff
My son fractured his hand on May 18th of this year and he’s had several follow-ups. His last appointment was on July 15th and we were given an appointment for Monday, August 5th. However, when we got to reception on that day, they had no record or recollection of it. They told me that they didn’t have a health care provider working that day and acted like I didn’t know what I was saying, but I know how thorough my wife is at making sure she gets the appointment dates and times correct. So I had no doubt. I even had the appointment card as proof. Someone on their end made a mistake. Now, I’m wasting my time waiting for him to be seen half an hour past his appointment time two days later and I’ve had lunch orders to turn in since 11AM and it’s 11:30 already. I am very disappointed that they wasted my time not only once, but twice and their appointment staff has no accountability for their actions. The doctor did a great job, but the staff needs to be more accountable for their actions.
Horrible horrible experience with this Dr.Smith character! Very aggressive and insensitive to pain I was in. I went in with minimal pain for a consultation ended up having to go to Er after he was done with his so called procedure. He got angry I complained about the pain he caused and proceeded to ask me to leave his office rudely! I've never been treated this bad ever in any place of business, much less an orthopedic surgeon who knows the pain people may be in. Do not by any circumstances allow this crack pot dr touch you or your family in any way!
