DON'T GO HERE. HE PUT ME IN THE ER. Don't believe me? Google him and ask why he lost his license to prescribe anything not over the counter. It's on the news.
Very warm and friendly. His staff were very polite and helpful. I actually got an appointment the same day as a walk in, new patient. You don’t see that anymore. The doctor listened to my concerns, answered my questions and discussed his thoughts and approach with me. I felt as though he really listened to what I had to say, which can be very rare nowadays with doctors being so overwhelmed and rushed to get from patient to patient. I’m so glad I found this doctor.
Appt was set for 930 am and here it is 11am still waiting to get in. This is the slowest Dr's office we have ever been too. What is the point of making an appt if they cannot get to you in a timely manner. A truly horrible setup ran by poor office staff. Dr.Smith is a good doctor but the office is ran poorly and very very dirty. We won't be coming back and would encourage others to seek a diff doctor
I was a new patient. At other offices, I get stuck in the waiting room for over an hour with "new patient" paperwork and then just waiting. The paperwork I had to fill out today was simple and after I finished, I didn't wait very long. The nurses are sweet and Dr. Smith is very nice. I have been searching for a doctor and have decided that I will be staying with Dr. Smith.
Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel super comfortable. Appointments are easy to schedule and they try to fit you in ASAP. Also, I stopped in just before lunch when they were super busy because I needed a written letter to start a new job and they went out of their way to take care of it for me:
Dr. Smith is wonderful. He drew blood in the office my first apointment, sent me for an overdue mammogram and did follow up all in a week. That is top level care from a doctor. Thank you!
What a wonderful Doctor and man. Made me feel like I had him all my life. I'm from Minnesota and when I left he said "I hope you stay in Texas for good"! What more can I say, very sencere and helpful
I FIRST MET DR. RALEIGH SMITH AND HIS STAFF ON 3/23/22, AS A NEW PATIENT, I FOUND THAT HIS STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH DR SMITH. VERY CARING and THOUGHTFUL. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. ALSO TY FOR SEEING ME THIS MORNING WITH MY EMERGENCY VISIT. DR SMITH TOOK CARE OF IF ME IMMEDIATELY. MUCH APPRECIATED AND THANKFUL.
From the time I walked in till I walked out I felt welcomed and that I was important and not just a number. Dr. Smith was very attentive and I never felt rushed! Very glad I chose this office and doctor!
The staff is very very rude and unprofessional. My husband has seen Dr. Smith for the past 8 years, and for someone to treat a client like that should be fired. We are also friends of Mr. Smith. I am not bad mouthing him or what he does, I am bad mouthing his staff, especially the woman named Becky. She has hung up on us three different times, and now she has told my husband that she will not waste her time on his case anymore. You can't do that to someone that has a server panic disorder.
