Dr. Lowe has been practicing since graduating from University of Southern California in 1977. Previously located in Escondido for over 20 years, Dr. Lowe moved his practice to San Marcos in 2010. We are a family practice that is dedicated to serving and meeting the needs of our patients. We pride ourselves on forming relationships with our patients, getting to know them personally and providing them with the attention they deserve.
